Thanks, I'm just not sure if the Gen 2 silver flare fenders would look good to a Gen 2.5. Medyo wala pa ako nakita na Gen 2.5 with the silver flare fenders.

Yung showcar ng JAOS (Japanese company) na Pajero ay Field Master body with silver flares. Try to google for a photo na lang. I think I have one in my hard drive if wala ka mahanap. It's quite handsome.

promdi salamat sa response, kaso nakabili na ako ng Viper. baka ikabit sa akin ni kumander yung alarm na yun.matagal na nyang pinagdidiskitahan bakit nakakalat lang at di pa daw kinabit. kaso wala akong alam kung sino ang marunong magkabit ng viper alarms sa atin.

tanong lang po... sira kasi main switch ng power windows ko... san kaya makakabili 2nd hand nito for 1995 to 1998 pajero.. iba po yung sa fieldmaster eh.. hehe kung repair po... natry ko nahirapan gumagawa eh.. dinala ko sa wizard.. hehe.. chinarge ako ng 3-1/2 hour na labor.. hehe.. wala naman nangyari tinawaran ko.. parang masama pa loob eh.. hehe

I have a Gen 2 and I find the third row seats "facing front" safe and comfortable for the user. The reason why I'm asking is that I want to scout for a FM Gen 2.5 then possibly upgrade but I'm worried that all their third row seats are "facing side". I saw one just this morning and I didn't prefer it that much. IMHO lang naman po and sorry for whatever offense it may bring...

I remember that few years back, my company required all vehicles that were being used within the premises to have their "facing side" seats (jeepney-type) converted to "facing front" then equipped them with seatbelts all for the purpose of safety .

My Pajero Fieldmaster (2000) is due for its 25km pms. Yung mga past oil changes ko kasi sa gasoline station ko lang pinagawa (15km and 20km) and balak ko sana sa casa ko daldalhin this time. Tinawagan ko yung Diamond motors and around P14k daw aabutin??? Ganun ba talaga ang price? Wala namang problem ang Pajero ko since di naman ganun kadalas gamitin.

Ok lang ba kung hindi sa casa? Saan ba maganda magpa-pms na mas mura?

As long as you know what to do with the car, for me personally, its alright to have it serviced outside of the dealers.

Try searching for checklists or maintenance schedules and basically you can replicate what the casas are doing. I havent been to a mitsu casa (save for buying some parts) since my first pajero seven years ago hehehe.

Nope. The current ones are forward facing already. '99 model up to a certain year used troop carrier (side facing) third row seats to go around then-existing tax laws.

Seat conversions to return to forward facing third row seats are available in the aftermarket.

I used Ricoh on my Patrol for around a week or so, pinapalitan ko kaagad ng Bendix. Hindi kumakapit yung brake sa high speed, muntik ko nang mapalipad yung tricycle sa harap ko, buti nakaiwas ako.

I went to a Mitsubishi dealer yesterday and learned that the 2007 Fieldmaster has third row seats fracing front. Its current price is P1.843M less P100K. Kaya lang, I was thinking that parang yung P1.743M will be like buying an already outdated model because this has been in the market for almost 9 years now? Sobrang mahal kasi ng Gen 3 eh kaya sa pangarap na lang kakayanin, libre naman ang mangarap.

Pero siguro kung may second hand na Fieldmaster which is price reasonably (P800K-P850K) at di masyadong gamit eh pupwede na. Halos half pa ng price ng brand new FM, di ba?

Thanks oteps! hanap na lang ako ng bendix. Yung metal kings for paj nasa Php1800 pero im still trying to source yung standard lang.

Buti na lang medjo mura yung rotor. Akebono replacement nasa Php1500! God i love this car! so easy to maintain, not to mention dirt cheap parts hehe.

If youre decided on a pre owned paj, make sure you get one in tip top shape. Engine, interior and body.

Ang feeling ko eh pag binenta ko siya eh dapat Pajero rin ang kapalit, na mas higher model like a Fieldmaster kasi nga Gen 3 is out of reach ika, hehe. Pajero is one of those SUVs that will always make you stand out in the crowd! Para bang you can hear in the back of your ears na " Yung mama o, naka-Pajero."

Mga Pards, I was just wondering how's the fuel consumption of a M/T 4D56 TDIC (2.5 Li) Gen 2 Pajero compared to a A/T 4M40 TDIC (2.8 Li) Gen 2.5 Pajero Fieldmaster. I know its definitely mas matipid but I'm unsure of by how much? Thanks.

Your comment made me think twice. Balak ko kasi sanang palitan na ng Starex ang Fieldmaster ko since lumalaki na family ko. Kaso nga baka pagsisihan ko ito since ok pa naman Pajero ko. Medyo cramped na nga lang.
