just installed tein h tech on my 2.0 hatch and i readily noticed that the rear sits lower(slight) than the front. can the guys with htech confirm this? i would have wanted the front to sit lower than the rear..

Does anyone know where to find mazda oem touch up paint, Aluminum metallic with paint code 38P.

    It looks like this:

Rear drop is 5mm more to reduce stock rake.... but the 2.0's heavier engine should cause more rake on HTechs than 1.5...
    Here's a sedan on them:

    and here's mine.

my guess is that the rear wheels have negative camber, hence, giving the appearance that it sits lower than the front.

I'm looking into buying a car. I was originally planning to buy a Mazda 2 but since we just found out that our garage could actually fit a 4.6m car I decided to consider the Mazda 3 as well.

Does anyone here own a Mazda 3 Maxx or planning to buy one?

    How is it?

I haven't seen the actual unit yet but the one that my Sales Attendant (Mazda Alabang) offered me was the Mazda 3 Maxx AT model.

    She quoted me for 875K (899K Total Pice = - 49k discount + 20k Mags + 5k TPL)
She also mentioned that it only has a 4-Speed AT (I thought all Skyactiv's had the 6-Speed AT already?)
And then I asked if the Mags were optional, she mentioned that they weren't but she was insisting on it since the stock mags were just steel hubcaps.
Also though I haven't seen the unit I'm pretty sure this doesn't come with MZD Connect Touchscreen Display.

I'm thinking this isn't a good deal yet. But a Mazda 3 for less than 900k is a bargain IMO.

Can anyone recommend a good dealer? Or offer suggestions/comments?

    TIA!
Actually, the MZ3 Maxx is not considered a true Skyactiv Mazda 3. It may have the body of the current generation but it lacks the key components of the Skyactiv technology (engine, tranny). I rather get a MZ2 or a 1.5V MZ3. Mind you, mas sulit ang Skyactiv MZ3 compared to getting a Maxx variant.

With springs, there are tolerances. Coilies give you that flexibility springs don't.... I don't see any reverse rake, though. Subtle, functional...Try some hubcentric spacers out back to bring it to et45ish. Closer to flush makes a difference.
    Great looking hatch! Grats!

How long is the waitlist for Mazda3? I was planning on getting either M2 or M3 at the end of this month but I just read that there's a waitlist for M3. Right when I decided to get it.

Yeah the horn is goofy. Thats the first thing I asked during a test drive. Hindi daw voided, as long as dumaan sa kanila yung modification. Eh di ko rin type mga benta nilang horns.

thanks for the replies sirs! but with what sir yatta said, ibig sabihin po ba I can purchase a horn kit from outside mazda and have them install it during my first Yojin? do you have any recommended horns and shops?

Hindi ata sila punapayag sa ganun. You need to purchase the horn from them and have them install it. Bought some oem parts from US like steering wheel controls and fog lamps pero ayaw nilang ikabit.

Correct me na lang if i'm wrong.

By the way, this is with Alabang and Pasig service centers. Baka may ibang casa na pumapayag

I have a brandnew pair of Mitsuba Alphas, pero ayaw nila (Mazda North EDSA). Gusto sa kanila rin bilhin. Di ko type yung mga benta nila na Bosch.
