2014 Mazda 3

Rubber insulator installed in my mz 3 sedan appears to be holding out. No more irritating and unnecessary eminating from underneath the vehicle. Also, after some cleaning of the air filter by casa, car appears to be more responsive. Mz 3 is really very light and maneuverability is quite good. Its even difficult to control the urge to just floor the damn thing as the acceleration will put a smile to your face. By the way, mazda pasig installed the rubber insulator and it works so far.

hmm. . .I wonder if it works like the filter lens of a dslr camera. . .either the circular polarizing lens (CPL) or neutral density perhaps?

I think wala pa. Another thing to consider eh LED bulbs ang 2.0, as opposed to common bulb sa 1.5.

I've seen this type of tech being sold when I went to a car accessories expo in Taiwan. It's sort of a replacement for the sun shade you fold down pag may glare, pero transparent sya and nagigng black siya automatically pag nasilawan ng ilaw.

Yes, anything that hampers/obstructs your vision can cause accidents. Eh yun nga lang mapatingin ka sa magandang chicks habang nag-drive ka puede ka na mabangga.

Like I said. Hating or liking technology depends on the user.
A simple eyeglass may be useless to some but to me it is a necessity.
The important thing is that the technology is already available as a option.

Meron pa rin mga absent-minded kasi. Like before may nakita ako kotse umaandar sa gabi nakapatay ang headlights. Obviously nawala sa isip ng driver kasi medyo maliwanag yung street lights. Thing is, its still hard to see the car at night lalo na kasi black sya, even with the street lamps it is still prone to accident.

Sa wiper naman meron taong di pa rin ino-off or low setting yung wipers kahit tumigil na yung ulan. I can only imagine na kumakaskas na yun sa windshield.

Yes walang ganito dati, pero yes meron na din absent minded kahit noon.

That means it's only a matter of time before this tech gets to mass-market cars. I'd expect this in German/European luxury cars very soon.

This is easy to implement on non-moving glass like the front and rear screens but it'll be a challenge to make a long-lasting harness for the movable side glasses. I'm sure engineers are working on it as we speak.

I believe a similar tech already exists on the panoramic roof of a Mercedes SLK which can adjust the dimming.

It's a conventional 6-speed AT with early torque converter lockup. No lag and very smooth shifting. Engine brakes like an MT. I rarely use the paddle shifters on my daily drives. They're useful downhill though.

Shock insulators installed last Saturday. So far so good

Ah oo mahihirapan ka pa niyan. Kelangan mo muna siguro palipasin yun probationary period mo. Di bale, siguro naman di ka nila tatanggalin in the next 2 months. After 2 months, then file ka na para sabihin na regular employee ka na. Saan-saan bangko ka na ba nakapagtanong? May bank account ka naman siguro, so why not na lapitan mo yun bangko kung saan may account ka?

Marami na nakapagpalit ng aftermarket rims both 1.5 and 2.0 sa M3 Skyactiv Club sa FB. I for one own a 1.5 and have the 2.0 stock mags.

Regarding your query if warranty will be voided, i really can't answer you on that. Havent heard from the group of an instance wherein theyve claimed for warranty due to aftermarket rims/mags. Baka pag nagpalit pa siguro ng aftermarket springs like lowering your car, dun baka mavoid.

My only plan would be to buy a 1.5 Sedan tapos replace with 2.0 Mags. Yun lang

Mukhang big time ka sa first job mo to even consider a compact as your first car.
Sa point of view ng banks, riskier ka compared sa mas matagal na sa trabaho kasi pag nagkagipitan (eg. recession) mas mataas ang possibility na tanggalin ka ng company (knock on wood) kesa sa mas mga beterano sa iyo. Dahil dun kaya they will give you a higher interest rate or require a higher down payment or offer a shorter term.
Anyways just a friendly advice, just don't forget to consider the ownership cost of having a car (gas, parking, toll, maintenance, parts, insurance, accessories, etc) and after you have weighed your priorities, hopefully you can fully enjoy your car of choice.
Nobody wants to own a garage queen (bnew kotse nga, wala namang pang gas kaya tambay sa garahe).
