Here's some things regarding the battery of 2.0 units.

There's already someone sa group who already changed the batteries to Motolite ones. Jairus already had his battery replaced and so far, ok pa naman. Yun battery niya conked out at 30k kms (?). Tapos ang price nung battery is 13k din daw. Doon sa Mazda Pasig, may poster na sila na available na yun battery for 2.0, made by Motolite.

Like me, ayaw ko na rin ng Motolite. Useless na siya after the warranty expires. I am hoping for an Amaron replacement for this. We can source out Optima dito pero I don't know the price.

Travs, brah, how much is that Optima yellow here?

Should the Q85 lose charge, rapid chargers like the Fonius Acctiva Professional 35A/70A Flash Charger is recommended.
I'm not sure about smart & trickle chargers to keep batts healthy as it's the constant charge/discharge abuse that may see them to their premature end.
The irony here is having to disable an advanced & costly feature to save on components like a consumable batt & its other testicle...the capacitor.
Who knows, for Ph, if the whispers become loud cries...Mazda might do itself & the market a favor by offering the 2.0 Sky w/o the "i".

The Optimas I've seen were around mid teens locally. In Amazon, it's around $180...
Sadly, testa brah, upon checking & as I suspected...
    Amazon says:
    "DOES NOT FIT YOUR MAZDA3"

Nice to see other owners really get to use their 3 that often, 30k kms, assuming he's an early adopter, within 2 years is great! But battery dying that early, isn't, yikes!!!

Yup, if its designed to last that way, hangang dun lang talaga. If sumobra, questionable nga bakit tumagal, hehe.

Sir what variant did you reserve and what dealership? Did your SA inform you that your unit will arrive at the dealership tomorrow?

I got my reservation in greenhills and iam also expecting my unit by tomorrow or on the 23rd. My SA informed me that my unit is already lined up for pick up at the plant.

Got the 1.5 hatch from Pasig. My unit's supposed to arrive tonight so I'll pick it up tomorrow.
My timing's pretty good as I reserved the unit last Wednesday.

Unless water really gets inside when the hatch is closed, that shouldn't be a concern. The video seems to show gravity run-off from windshield back to wing trim upon opening, not interior leaking.
If it's just condensation, there's nothing much we can do about it....unless it's caused by something else like this......

Most likely as you mentioned, condensation nga yung most probable cause.

    Bad news
I discovered a small dent sa hood ng M3 ko. I don't know kung saan nakuha yun.
Kung baga parang under the table. Pumapayag daw minsan.

    Thanks

"been there, done that". nagsawa rin ako.. 'buti na lang.. heh heh.
in my opinion, "pabayaan mo na". as long as the bare metal isn't showing, it won't rust.

Don't worry nor hurry. I'm sure a good PDR guy can handle that in minutes, for a few hundred bills. Your location might help guys on here point you to an able 1. PNoy might frown on your casa plan....besides, the casa may not have somebody in-house, squall sir.

    Thanks sir travs.
I'm in Pasig area. I hope makakita ako soon. I'll be waiting sa suggestion na repair shop ng iba. Safe naman yung repair ng ganun no? Like wala naman risk or wala naman ma vovoid sa warranty, right?

May nakita akong taga-Pasig na home service PDR sa OLX. Not sure kung andun pa ad nya. Marami namang car service shops sa Metrowalk area so you can bring your car there.

Mine has a chip on the hood and the driver's door. Pininturahan ko lang ng puti para di halata and for protection na rin.

Paintless dent repair is the way!

Go to the pdr guy near good year along Ortigas ave in front of medical city, go past good year and the buy and sell cars on the left to a road that connects to ortigas home depot property.

you will see a pdr tent shop on the left

You went past the pdr tent shop if you were stopped and given a parking ticket by a guard already. Make a U and go back a few meters and you will see it on your right.

Charging depends on how big the dent is, and if the dent is in between your hood's support brackets. If you are lucky that its not, then a few seconds it will be back to original. If the brackets are on the way, then they will remove that first.

Just went to the casa earlier to have my seat covers installed. Anyway, I also ask the "warranty kuyas" what mods will void the warranty. Ayun sa kanila...

    Horns
    - Apparently, Europa silver will void the warranty but a snail type horn will not. Any suggestions for a good sounding snail type horn?

    Lights
    - Basta same watts daw or something like that, ok. But you can't put HID lamps.

    Antenna
    - pwede palitan ng sharks fin (for the 1.5 hatchback)

    Dashcam
    - Basta daw orig (at medyo mamahalin ahaha)

    Rims
    - Now this is what I didn't get. Ang pwede lang daw ay 16-17in rims. 18 matagtag na (I know!) at possible na mavoid ang warranty ng suspension. Mga boss, kindly enlighten me on this. Cause I really want to change my rims next year. 17" siguro. Ano ba yung ratio ratio something. Apologies, clueless noob here

Thanks for this info sir. Whew.
