Im using Shell diesel, i only got 7km/li...purely city driving...40-50kph lang lagi, cant speed up to 80kph.

Can we update our list to include which oil company you are gassing up? I use Shell Diesoline. Others are saying Petron's diesel is better than Shell's. Using shell, i consume 9-10km/li pure city driving from QC to Makati.

Aba! pareho tayo ng features! Although I got mine last mid- December 2007. My current FC is at 9.5 kms/L, mixed city & highway driving, using Shell Diesel. I recently switched to Petron during my last full-tank and will observe if FC changes drastically.

I will also try to switch to Shell pag naubos na Petron Max na nasa tank and observe.

nangyari na sa akin yan, sa right rear ko naririnig yung rattling sound, minsan nga parang "tonk" pa eh. I brought my carens to kia mandaluyong, we test drove it and there was indeed a "tonk" sound. they found a problem with the shock absorber and fittings, they replaced the shock absorber (under warranty pa) and re-did the fittings, so far di ba bumalik yung rattling / tonk sound. may sinasabi din silang reason yung undercoating, ewan, di ko naintindihan... ;)

I noticed that also.. I've been used to travelling at 120 kph with my lynx at NLex (dun din kasi natin mate test yung mga ganung speed). At that speed, medyo nangagantod na tuhod ko. Pero pansin ko kahit nasa 120 na yung needle sa Carens, parang mabagal pa rin feeling ko parang 90 kph lang. Hindi rin kaya for safety measure na rin ito or was it intentionally designed that way? Or is it because in the US rondo version, naka 17" yung wheels nila as standard?

Sana malaman natin kung madami tayong ganito ang napapansin para ma-report natin sa Kia. If you think about it, if 10% off ang speedo and odo, sa 100,000km, sa odometer mo 110,000km na, so lugi ka ng 10,000km sa warranty mo.
