Not too difficult pag akyat baba ng tires from below the vehicle?

Sir Minero : Salamat sa input. Right now I'm looking at either the CRDI or V6 4WD. Just need to make the decision soon. Ok lang sa kin the Php 1.64 MM for the CRDI, value for money naman eh. And as for the 7 km/Li..definitely not bad at all. Meron naman akong gas allowance eh.

Salamat sa inyong dalawa uli. I'll be closely following this forum and hopefully the next time I post I will be an SF owner myself.
You will be a satisfied SF owner guaranteed!

Spare tire walang center cap since doon nakainsert yong mechanism sa pag baba at akyat ng spare tire.

wala talagang center cap ang mga spare tires...you simply have to transfer the center cap from the other tires to your spare if you want to rotate them...

thoughts (not only on fuel consumption ) on SF CRDI vs V6 Gas.

Currently, I'm inclined more on the V6 coz of the 4wd-On demand, Dual Zone AC, and dual airbags. But the unit i test drove was a CRDI ...and WOW!

Hope to hear from all you. Sir Minero; from the thread you were the only one i identified to have a V6 so feel free to share your views.

I'll be travelling to Kuala Lumpur tom till Wed but I'm sure I'll have internet access at the hotel. Kayod muna ko para sulit
    pagbigay ng kumpanya ng SUV.

my FC is around 6 to 7 city and 10 highway... (crdi)

as to the AWD system... unless you go off road (or unless we suddenly have snow here in the philippines), i dont think there is much value in the AWD...i had a 4x4 once....had it for 4 yrs...only used the 4x4 twice...pang sampa sa bangketa....thats it...never had much use for it...

so if you are going for the crdi AWD, then the added cost is really for the accessories...climate control...and the passenger airbag...did i miss anything else....

so the question is...are these worth the extra 200k???

True, not really much use for paved road driving but knowing that it's there gives me peace of mind on my long trips puntang probinsya.

That's right. Besides, sobrang minimal lang ng difference.

    4x2 CRDi : 1.528
    4x4 CRDi : 1.640

That's just 112k, siempre sa 4x4 ka na.

At Php 1.64 MM less probably 40K discount, the 4X4 sums up to 1.6 MM. They're probably worried how to position both the V6 and CRDI 4wd in the market.

Salamat uli sa mga comments nyo. I'f i decide to get the 4wd crdi then i might place the order this July para umabot naman sa pasko, he,he.

If you place your order now you'll get your unit on their next shipment. Find out when is their next shipment. 'Yan di sabi sa akin when I ordered for the gas AWD. Sabi it will take 2 months kasi wala silang stock. They want me to consider the one on display which is the CRDi. Nakuha ko unit in 3 weeks.

    Sir Minero,

Looks like pag V6 AWD mas maikli konti leadtime VS the special order CRDI 4wd. Also, just spoke with Lui from this thread and i just found out na real-time AWD pala yung katulad ng sa yo, w/ on-demand 50-50 split between rear and front via a push of the button. Kala ko kasi dati you use the button to engage the 4wd, tipong electronic shift-on-the-fly. Para palang CRV din SF but w/ the addt'l feature of the 50-50 locking.

So how do you find it? Does your SF smoothly transition when the AWD engages?

Also, oyu mentioned 7 km/li ka ngayon? Consistent ba to at city driving o bumababa pa to mga 5-6 ?

I do like the CRDI, the one i test drove was the 4X2 version. Tried it sa Hyundai Laguna and the owner was kind enough to let me test it sa SLEX. hayop, yung sipa ng turbo if you try flooring it. Ride was excellent and with decent cabin noise.

Point well taken, ang tanong na lang talaga eh kaya ko bang hintayin 90 days to place a special order for the 4x4. If not then a tough choice needs to be made. 4X4 Gas with all its additional whistles for only 40K more, OR a 4x2 CRDI with better fuel consumption and its advanced VGT engine.

Panalo talaga SF vs fort, problema na lang which variant...

    so its 4x4 CRDI vs 4x4 V6?

CRDI pa rin, fuel is cheaper and diesel variants will have a more descent resale value agiants Gas.

given the chance, i'll get that 4x4 CRDI. yeah, will take you 90 days, so reserve one "now"!

I'll make the decision this monthend. And yes Sir yuichi, you are right. Mas matipid and maganda potential resalre ng CRDi. I'll keep post kung mag place ako order of the 4wd CRDI this July, or just go with the 4X2 CRDi OR the AWD V6.

Also, once I do get my new SF. Contact kita sir via PM. Saw in this thread that you offer some accessories (at a very discounted rate?!?).

I have reading the thread. Totoo ba na Fc is only 7km/l and 10 highway sa 2.2CRDi? So hindi totoo yung 18km/l na and 32 km/l na nasa brochure?
    Please enlighten me.

the max I got was an almost 500km free run (manila-manoag-manila) with slighty above the half of the fuel gauge. roughly 15km/liter
