if you haven't ridden or test drove a SF then you will have negative things to say because most probably you would have heard all the bad things people are saying about Hyundai... after you have ridden or test drove the SF you will definitely have a different perception of this great ride... from the moment you enter the cabin you can hardly believe that you are sitting inside a Hydundai...

I believe that this forum and also the number of extremely satisfied SF owners has helped others realize that the SF is really value for money...

amen to that dragonheart! this forum really helped and swayed me into getting the SF.

binigyan ako ng Auth to Operate ng SA ko for 3 more weeks dahil baka matagalan pa daw ung Plate Number.

congrats to all new santa fe owners. i have mine a year ago. dati sa gatherings comment ng mga tao bakit santa fe kinuha ko. ngayon sa mga gatherings comment na nila maganda daw talaga ang santa fe. hehe. sa highway nga dami ko na kakambal dati parang ako lang meron.

Was at the fort area today, saw the aftermath of an accident involving a gray SF and a Ford explorer sa may S&R area. Yupi ang bumper and hood ng SF while sa side door and fender naman ang sa explorer. It appeared that the airbags for both vehicles were deployed. Hope nobody got injured!

May inclusive dates na nakalagay doon (good for one week).
This 1-page document will be presented to authorities pag masisita ka.

I only have one Invoice so iyong Auth to Operate lang pinapakita ko and when authorities ask for an invoice, wala silang makikitang date of release.

I can always say na kakakuha ko lang sa Casa kahapon and will only present one Auth to Operate depending kung anong week ang covered. he he he.

so the Authority to Operate came from LTO? which dealer did you get your SF? This is the first time I heard of this kasi... our innova when we got it, is also took about 6 weeks for the plates to be released and we were only given antedated invoices by the dealer...

It is not from LTO.
I couldn't remember the exact govt body where the dealer has partnership.

Parang nakalagay doon is "Govt body" in partnership with the dealer hereby authorized this vehicle to be operated within Luzon on the inclusive dates shown....

Check ko bukas kung anong Govt body ung nakalagay doon.

talking about accidents, here's the first, i guess, major SF casualty . nobody got injured daw (good to hear). by it looks parang na-accordion, then they said nag-roll-over daw. I looked at the roof at meron nga scrathes but no visible dents even the rack. Now i feel more confident with the SF.

White SF din ni Kristine Hermosa just figured an accident with a motorcycle sa Cavite yesterday. Patay yun driver ng motorcycle. Apparently, the motorcycle tried to overtake the SF.

Tsk tsk tsk yan mga motorcycles are dangerous on the roads. Reminds me of similar accident I had where a motorcycle lost control on the opposite lane and hit the center island, tumilapon ang driver at passenger sa island tapos tumuloy tuloy yun motorcycle nila sa akin.

Yet in latest news DOTC has now allowed motorcycles on expressways!

Mahirap yatang maniwala na roll-over lang yan. May tama ang harap at likod eh! Baka roll-over after getting hit?!

Tsk tsk, motorcycles? as in yung mga below 400cc motorcycles? Majority if not all of the class C motorcycle-riding society is not yet mature to ride in expressway. They don't know jack about road courtesy, road safety and defensive driving. Puro singit lang alam nila. Sa EDSA at C5 na lang eh, dami nang accidents.

Musta na sir bong? One week na lang bakasyon na uli ako

Nakita ko na yang SF na yan sa Hyundai Alabang almost a month ago. Almost wreck na talaga yan. Baka palit unit na. Rollover nga daw yan. Pati nga yung mga damo at talahib ay nasa loob ng SF.
