    Yes. Kaya I made my own kasi those I buy commercially iba lasa. Yung iba use only evap milk, condensed and Nestle cream - no coconut milk at all.

    Some use canned coconut milk. Iba pa rin lasa ng piga sa niyog

    doc, I'm so happy because the seniors at home liked it. I was supposed to send half to my Tita but they said wag na because they like it hahaha! Yun latik, my second MOm made it, matrabajo gawin at ang konti lang lumalabas from so much niyog!

    Kaya doc when it comes to coconut milk I never ever use those in can or tetra. What I hate lang wala na sa palengke yung nag gigiling ng malagkit, puro glutinous rice flour na

    Next I plan to do puto, I am lazy lang kasi the steamer is so big :P

    My wife chanced upon chef tatungs simpol steamed fish on youtube, so I made her one today, mamaya na ang garnish pag kakainin na [emoji108]img_20210731_124958.jpg

    Is that talakitok? BTW, I love Chef Tatung. I've cooked so many of his dishes and it's always a hit at home

    Sabi ng seller pampano, I guess it is the yellow pomfret one, hindi ung pampano na dark colored
