    1st off in order to establish a good image you have to establish credibilty muna. how can you establish credibility? by simply giving proven facts/data let people see. its that simple. just post some hard data. kase from a consumer point of view, mahirap yun maniwala lang sa claims, lalo na sa panahon ngayon hirap kumita pera diba.

    2nd is, yung term na turbo charger nya is misleading, its not a turbo charger kaya pls don't call it that.

    lastly, i've seen ads saying Khaos is available nationwide.But the thing is this product has to be installed, you said that dapat sa main office nyo install para hindi palpak. so dapat sa manila lang available yan product (assuming manila head office nyo) kase di qualified yun "branches". So the training quality of your installers is put into doubt na.

    just want to point that out.

    This means that the money back guarantee is also not true. There you have it, a customer that is not satisfied with your product and your company is trying to find a way to wiggle itself out of the situation.

    uh-huh? Why are you complaining? Doesn't the consumer public have the right to ask questions about certain UNREALISTIC CLAIMS about products for sale?

    BTW, are you saying that there isn't a Khaos brochure out there that has the words "zero pollution" claim on it?

    I said, my brother doesn't know much about cars... he knows enough, just that its not to the level of what I know. He may not have gone thru mechanical engineering in college but he did take commerce.

    BTW, he knows enough to compute for the gas milage. Given he does run a medium size business, I think simple division is not out of his grasp.

    Vixen, you already doubt the skills of the dealers/installers/automechanic to install your "device". You mentioned this already over and over again. If so, re-educate them IMMEDIATELY. Otherwise you own us a MONEYBACK guarantee of satisfaction for your product.

    That is because it is the LEAST you owe your customers and potential customers, making sure that the devices are installed & working CORRECTLY and not needing another visit at the main office of inventionhaus.

    Think of it this way. My brother knows at least 10 people interested in your product. They waited for my brother's comment if he says the device works. And since he didn't see any savings and worst, his vehicles' performance suffered, those 10 people will NEVER be buying your product. And each of those 10 people also knows 10 more people. And these are people of very good public reputation in their respective communities.

    try mo nalang sa other boards..but i doubt kasi mga ayaw din nun sa khaos and they find this product stupid.

    Personally, since it blocks pollution, that should mean the exhaust gasses should be cleaner than without the catalytic converter, right?

    And this reflect into one thing, Not all has the same result like your brother's, maybe it's not working for him but it is for others. Look, if your sibling weren't satisfied, so be it.

    Refund? Uh-huh, sure. Yun eh kung malalampasan mo yung mga delaying tactics na siguradong gagawin ng Inventionhaus. Kesyo mali daw yung installation, with matching brainwash, este explanation on how Khaos "really does save you money on gas". You know, trying way too hard to convince you that your 6,500 hard-earned pesos didn't go to waste.
