TY TY. oo nga will use KAIO (as soon as i get hold of one) with the Klasse SG or Nanogloss...

by the way, will be going to SG next month. may mga alam ba kayong shops dun mabilhan ng mga products na nabanggit dito?

    TIA

*loverlionus: nanosliq seems to attract dust... but the car is easier to dust off pag may nanosliq. just use a proper cali or microtex duster for the job - those are safe for the clear coat

you can actually avail of the sealant that they use for 2,600, which is around 2 NCPP sessions... thing is, that 2.6k sealant will be good for around 50 applications

*tradewind26: you're welcome sir! OCW is a good buy - convenient, shiny, and durable to boot.

*cjv_justice: yup! ganun din ang maintenance ng elite. pretty kahit sabay mo hugasan yung altis and FD nyo, no need for flooding tuyo yan. hehe

*meloforma: KAIO/KSG is sold by BB as "carlack88 twins". not sure if they're going to sell KSG as a standalone product, though...

*schanhorst, *cjv_justice, *umi001: thanks sirs for the tips.

Kaya napapakinabangan na yang duster everyday, sometimes more than once a day.

just give the fibers a few strokes with your hand bago sa car, it shakes off some dirt. also, you might notice baka magkaron ng streakes while using it... pa-hapyaw lang dapat yung strokes.

by the way taga South ka ba loverlionus?

    *sir tradewind ,

sir buti pa nga yung Tex duster mas mura e , yung Cali Duster nga Php 1k e pero sulit naman pag tanggal ng alikabok.

sir medyo limited po yun knowledge ko dito but ill try to share , yun po Collinite 476 is a wax, yun Carlack is sealant &glaze at yung OCW is for QD yata .

but wait lang natin yun mga expert mag comment to clear things for you

    OCW - hybrid sealant/wax
    Collinite 476 - wax
Carlack 68 - cleaner sealant (Carlack NSC) and sealant (Carlack LLS)

Carlack NSC is used to prep your paint for any application of wax or sealant afterwards - it has cleaners to remove oxidation, old wax, etc. It does offer some protection, but better to top off with another product for better durability.

The other three are waxes/sealants which are applied for protection. They all serve the same purpose, and can be used interchangeably, with the differences being on looks and durability (and ease of use).

I've been going through Mike Philips' (AutoGeek) videos on YouTube on proper car washing, applying wax/sealants, even mga demos like no-rinse products and proper use ng mga buffing machines.

Nakakatuwa yung carwash bucket set nila, may dolly pa... yung Gritguard panalo din. I reckon di to nabibili sa ACE / Handyman no?

Definitely I will line-up a Porter Cable to my wishlist. Pero not soon as pag aaralan ko pa to...

BB can sell you a KSG or KAIO...depende sa need mo pero typically talaga pair yan...pero again they can sell individually...
