I'm thinking it might be safer to use Cavitex straight out to Roxas Boulevard. A little vague on the route how to get to Emilio Aguinaldo Highway though but Waze/Google Maps will route it out for you.

i wouldn't take aguinaldo hwy from carmona, it would be faster if he takes molino rd towards paliparan. choke points lang ay intersection ng molino rd/daang hari, molino blvd/aguinaldo hwy, and cavitex toll gate. pero mabilis naman kasi "binubuhos" ng mga enforcer ang traffic pag rush hour. btw, mcx exit is right before filinvest exit i think. it would be a lot faster pag mcx exit ka as long as hindi ka maipit sa slex.

Update on S2E:

Brace yourselves. I was told it will last for another 45 working days (roughly 2 months) -- excluding sundays, holidays and bad weather days. Thats the window allotted to complete more than 20 pile driven foundation and vertical columns from viaduct to Skyway ramp. Construction has started at both ends of the expansion project, and planned to meet in the middle para daw mas mapabilis.

And it may get way worse when SB drilling starts next month.

Addtional Info: SMC Tollways and TRB are planning to meet with DPWH, LGUs of Muntinlupa and San Pedro and PNP HPG to discuss traffic re-routing.

Ah, not recommending from carmona, but building a route for cavitex. Yung in between a bit vague lang ako kasi di ako familiar sa lahat ng mga pwedeng lusutan.

Assumption ko kasi magbabara sa exit ng mcx since hindi makatawid sa slex at susubukan ng mga naipit magbypass thru alabang then skyway.

Kaya safest idea ko was overnight na lang sa pasay. Hehe.

Pero katakot ngyn biyahe panorte from south. Hindi din naman kakayanin kung cavitex sasalo kasi para makapunta dun, maiipon sa cavite area heading out to cavitex.

I do hope mahanap nila ng paraan kasi not workable current condition na iniwan ng slex management for that area.

I might take the Carmona-Molino going to MCX. okay din sana sa slex pero baka maipit na din ako b4 the exit, Susuna din ba exit ng MCX? Lumuwas ako for work yesterday, Madalas nagco commute lang ako pa BGC, park ko lang sa Tanauan si Erti, normally pag 6am nakasakay na ako sa bus mga 730 nasa dela rosa na, pero 930 ako naka baba yesterday . Then pag uwi, naman pagbaba ng rampa sa c5 gapang na, then paglagoas naman sa alabang flyover yung traffic hanggang soutwoods pa North bound. Mga 5pm yon, buti na lang pa uwi na ako

I remember a time when we avoided SLEX like the plague, I think that was 2009 when Skyway was extended up to Alabang from Sucat or Bicutan ba?

come to think of it, because of those experiences, even on summer when going to Splash Island which took 3 hours, or Tagaytays once a week. kaya pala wala na ako ka-interes interes sa South dahli sa Skyway extension na yun 10 years ago.

Parang walang solüsyon, and hinde din sila nagbigay ng discount ata, same toll fees, pero mas mura naman Kasi noon 72 lang ata pa Tagaytay noon, eh ngaun parang 200 na ata tapos ganyan. tsk tsk ...

Me unting buildup din pagbaba ng C5 kasi me mga nilalagay na din sila sa Skyway off ramp naman ng Sucat(southbound) halos tapat ng Hillsborough- kaya medyo gapang kasi mag-bottleneck don. Me nagpost daw dito ng picture na tatanggalin yung off-ramp na yon.

Actually bro. both South bound and North bound.

Like yesterday, traffic southbound started at C5 up to Alabang.... Then northbound started at Carmona up to Alabang.

Because of the construction of the Skyway extension to Susana Heights...
