Mukhang ok naman na flow ng traffic, like before na upon reaching mcx slow moving na till Alabang viaduct. Pwede na kung ganun lagi.![]()
Walang bilib si *uls kay Ramon Ang. [emoji39] parang naalala ko dati all talks lang daw siya or something like that.

Si RSA na ang nagpapainterview regarding sa SLEX traffic, to avert yun sentiments ng mga commuters na bawasan yun toll.

doesn't make sense noh, but they have been tearing down lane dividers for the past couple of weeks. so im thinking someone will be directing traffic up there. personally i think this is a terrible idea. north bound ramp from alabang zapote road is already clogged during rush hours from drivers taking that route via daang hari. im thinking introducing a stop and go junction up there will aggravate it further and push back the traffic into filinvest and atc.
^^ Was thinking of a stop-and-go-scheme as well. Kaso this will back up traffic ala Magallanes on-ramp/NAIx exit junction.
Boss bali ganito po:
- Nov 30 - temporary steel ramps
- By December:pile works to commence on SB lanes
- Jan-Dec 2020 Overall Skyway Stage 2 expansion works/completion
Lodi is really committed re: Nov 30 deadline for the steel ramps to be coompleted so SMC/SOMCO/contractor/etc has to deliver on that deadline (and says sorry narin)
10 years ago, me and wife used to dream of living in the South area particularly Alabang or Sta Rosa or even Eton area . Para kas LA eh ang dsting maluwag, maaliwalas and Mediterranean style homes and roofs
And then the Alabang skyway extension happened. Our favorite weekend getaway , Tagaytay na nakukuha namin ng 1 hour from Makati, naging 2.5 hours to 3 hours because of the construction
And so I sat back and analyzed, grabe yan South pag tumira dyan , lagiTAXED ang movement mo whenever you go bsck and forth to Manila. Wala din discount nun, and even worse nun nayari extension, tinaas pa nila lalo ang toll.
So here’s my theory, whenever a Skyway is extended, yun mga real estate na convered nyan say san ba ngsun ang exit Susana Heights? bigla tataas ang mga lupa dyan. And who owns those cheap lands to begin eith? ayala, SmC, filinvest etc. suddenly biglang parang alabang na, high end premium price na for lands that were agricultural land before
So good luck na lang senyo mga tiga South, if and when the Skyway reaches then end of SLEX or Calamba, malamang lahat ng subdivision dyan eh presyong Ayala land na. And kasama na monthly overhead nyo ang Skyway or sLex toll fees na tumataas along with the land real estate
So i decided dito na lang ako sa Manila, eh ganun eh wala ka din matitipid, tapos kuha pa lahat ng oras mo.
Imagine languishing 3-4 hours a day in sLEX, So 6 x 4 = 24 hours. Thats 1/6 th of your life wasted there, and worse, you pay for it pa
So goodbye South dream. Best decision ever.
