November 27th, 2005 11:34 PM #1591aha! finally found a SA that gives in to my demands ... ive pulled out my reservation on toyota bwk after i closed a deal with this SA : cash + kelseat (65k but 3 weeks to get done) + HiD (40k) + insurance ... waiting time for the unit is 3-6 weeks
i was shown a reservation list ... i feel very sad for those customers who already paid the full amount of 1573000 most of them date back to may 2005 and yet up to now they still DONT have their unit
and worse, they're not protected by price increases

So I went to toyota shaw, got a quotation and made a deal with the sales representatives. GRABE NAGAAGAWAN SILA! (BTW, before I went to toyota shaw, mga 5 days ko na binabasa yung forum tungkol sa FORTUNER DEALERSHIP WOES) so I used that information to psyche out the peeps out there. Last week na close namin yung deal to order the unit. Yesterday nakiuha ko na agad!!! WAAAAAAAAAA!!! Sobrang nagulat ako kasi ang bilis! anyways it was black mica.
DETAILED SERIES OF EVENTS KO LAST FEW WEEK(S):
Sunday NOV 13 - punta me toyota shaw, inquire lang!
Friday NOV 18 - They went to my house to close the deal
Saturday NOV 19 - The PsBank people went to our house about 12:30 PM to make a CI, at 3:00 that same day we recieved a text messgae that our loan was approved!
Monday NOV 21 - Toyota In-house financing went to our house saying that our loan have been passed to them. Surely it was no biggie coz the two loan houses were bouth trying to get our deal.
Wednesday NOV 23 - They Offered us a unit! grabe sobrang Bilis nho?!?! imagine it was only 5 days since the deal was closed pero meron na! too bad dark gray kaya di ko tinanggap. So wait lang ako dun sa Black mica.
Saturday NOV 26 - I got the 4x2 2.5 disel black mica fortuner that i really really wanted! FYI, just a week ago ako umorder ha.
to be exact, 8 days ako nag wait for my unit to be released. 8 days...

November 28th, 2005 11:59 AM #1597seems like walang sinusunod na pila sa dealer mo. i too had the same experience with toyota alabang. within a week may unit na ako kaso i had to bite the 52k IHI (no terms), 33% 3 yr. interest rate IHF, 95k HID/kelseat, 5k rustproofing, no free tint. di ko ina-vail. i still waited from my orginal dealer(toyota makati). makukuha ko na unit ko next week. 6 mos ako naghintay pero worth it. kelseat lang ang pinalagay ko(65k). di ko kasi ma-take na magpa-take advantage. magkano kuha mo sa unit mo? I need help!!! Some evil-hearted person scratched my ride using a sharp object. The car sustained several deep scratches. Tanong ko lang, is there a way to take out the scratches without repainting? Puede bang i-rubbing compound lang? Kakainis talaga... help naman kung ano puede kong gawin.

November 28th, 2005 04:04 PM #1600Mukhang naiinggit sa ride mo, 'tol. If the scratch is pretty deep that it went thru the "coloured" paint, I guess you have to repaint it; no other way (another guess again), based on experience.
