He replaced the original Bridgestone H/T 265X70R16 tyres with Bridgestone M/T 265X75R16. The 75 aspect ratio increased his ground clearance by 1 inch but it rubbed.

MK, owner of Rats 4x4 started crying - couldn't bear the sight of a brand new Fortuner (coming straight from the dealer) going under the knife . . . . . er, saw. We had to remove the mud guards and cut part of the front air dam to eliminate the rubbing.

3. Check if he still needs ARB air lockers for his rear differential. We're going trailing at High Peak (Mt. Tapulao) Zambales this long weekend - the trail to the top hasn't been totally cleared by C-Squared so we'll just go up to the first landslide or wherever the trail ends (been there 4 times already).

Hi-Peak is not that difficult to climb basta maganda ang weather. Hanapin mo na lang ang Hi-Peak album ni afrasay [its at the bottom of his signature]. Even our trail boss was running an open/open Nissan Frontier and we had a bunch of newbies (both running stock Zukis) during the climb.

Do check if you have turnaround room in case you are not going to the peak. Medyo makitid yung daan if I recall correctly.

Honga no. Hindi ko napansin dun sa pics ni Kumander. Maganda yung super-white with matching dark tints.

peeps, makukuha ko na unit ko sa tue! white 2.7 vvti (bilog, pareho tayo). dapat monday ko makukuha eh holiday, sarado mga bangko. i saw my unit yesterday sa stock yard ng toyota makati. wala yung mga upuan at door side panels. pinalagyan ko kasi ng kelseat. ipina-tint ko na rin ng 3M dark magic. eksakto 6 mos ako naghintay. when i get my unit, isasalpak ko kaagad yung 20" mags ko w/ 265/50/20 tires, he he. also, palalagyan ko kaagad ng back-sensors and 3M type gray mattings. nakabili na ako ng gray original 3M front mattings for the front so kailangan ko na lang yung para sa 2nd and 3rd row. papalitan ko rin ng busina para pareho tayo sir vicoyski (he he). yahoooooo!!!!!!

kasamang el chicane, di sya inabot ng 1.8... my unit is 2.7 vvti. kung ganon lang din aabutin baka field master na lang binili ko. I only added the leather seat package and in house insurance.

at last nakuha na din natin... mattings din ang inuna kong binili and the car cover dami kasing pusa dito sa amin. I also get the gray 3m mattings. para kasing di bagay ang black na 3m.
