Good day! Has anyone had tried changing their radiator coolant. I would like to know how many liters of coolant ang distilled water i should mix and refill and what brand din po pala maganda bilhin i prefer the same red coolant. Thanks po.

do this when the car is cold.

remove the coolant hoses. dont touch the atf oil hose!

becareful of the plastic drain plug sa radiator..

Good day po, anu po ba battery ng innova? dead bat na po sya, good thing sa garage namin ngyari, no knowledge about car, iniwan lng po kasi ng kuya ko un since nasa abroad na sya. I called casa... they said, tawag lang daw ako sa motolite... and motolite know the battery to use and to install... baka kasi may choices un... mga how much kaya aabot un? thanks po sa sasagot..

motolite delivery does know the standard sizes of the popular cars, including the innova (2sm yata? nakakahiya, dahil i have an innova myself!).
they will ask you to choose from among their battery models, each conforming to the car's recommended battery size.
enduro.. gold.. champion.. etc. the costlier, the longer the warranty period.
ask for prices, po. "turista lang ang hindi nagtatanong". heh heh.
and don't forget the trade-in value of the old battery.

but if you can borrow a battery charger, you might yet bring life to that battery.
is it possible, that it is just discharged, and not really beyond salvation via battery charger?

Use the OEM Toyota Long Life coolant. It's already pre-mixed so there's no need to add distilled water.

good day po sa lahat, malapit na pong mag 30,000 kms si 2015 Innova Diesel Manual ko, tanong ko lang po kung same lang po ba yung "Water Sediment Accumulator"(nakasulat sa manual) at ang fuel filter? Kada kailan po ba pinapalitan ang fuel filter?, hindi ko pa po kasi naeexperience yung umiilaw yung fuel filter warning light and hindi ko pa rin po napapalitan yung fuel filter na nakakabit sa kanya since nilabas sya from toyota ng sept 2015. Lastly may maisuggest po ba kayong reputable shops for PMS kasi sa shell service station lang po ako nag papa change oil at change oil filter. TIA

theoretically same lang yun kasi the fuel filter housing can hold water and the filter can trap sediments

madali lang ireplace yun, i replace mine every 15,000kms - much cheaper than having injector problems down the line. php800+ sa casa, mas mahal pa onti sa labas

Check out Shark's stepboards. Meron silang 2 variants for aeroblack. Cheaper one ranges from 7k to 10k depending on who you deal with.

May mga pictures kaya sila nung stepboard nila? Ang layo pala ng shark sa QC pa from alabang pa ako. Hehe! Galing ako ng banaue nung isang araw pero ang dami pong oem lang na stepboards di ko po nagustuhan yung mga design. Gusto ko sana yung aero black pero yung parang may division yung style nung stepboard parang kagaya nung sa montero sport pero all black. May nakita akobg innova last time ganun yung stepboard nya sayang di ko napicturan di ko alam kung san may ganun. 😅

Parang oem design lang din ang sa shark then all black. Yung sa montero na sabi mo. Na may division, yun bang parang tube type? Lahat ng nakita kong stepboard for innova ay flat.

Yes sir may nakita po ako 2017 din yung innova nya. All black yung step board tapos hindi sya totally flat and di rin sya tube type tapos may parang curve yung bandang gitna nya na parang yung hawig sa montero sport. Sayang nga di ko po napicturan yung step board baka meron sana nakakaaalam kung san meron nun. Any idea if meron mga stepboards for innova na illuninated? Thanks sa reply sir.s

you may want to visit zix performance on fb. differential oil probably needs a replacement.

Bad trip nalaglag yung knn air filter ng Innova ko na deform yung pabilog nung sa baba nung bunganga nung air filter. Hindi naman nabutas at fit pa rin naman dun sa sinasalpakan nung daanan ng hangin papuntang makina. Ok lang kaya ito? Mag long drive pa naman kami next week.

I just ask a local mechanic to check my horn , and upon his checking the airbag ribbon contact ang may problem.

(He checked all connections from horn to wheel and it looks ok naman)

|For quite some time my airbag alarm indicator is already showing for a long time already and have not bothered with it|

However now I have no more horn it makes me quite irritable,

Pa advise naman considering two options

1. Replacement airbag ribbon costing around Php 2500
2. Original airbag ribbon - costing around 13k

Is it really advisable to use an original one ang layo kasi ng price difference.
Parang gusto ko na lang i pa relay ang horn with another switch if this is the case.

Please help, i have an Innova VVTI, and nag change oil ako. When i refilled the oil, I put in 5.6 liters as stated in the manual but why is it sobrang lagpas sa full mark ng dipstick?

how sobra is the lagpas?
i do not recall the exact numbers.
but there is a number for engine only, and a slightly larger number for engine + oil filter.

errr... we are sure that is the correct dipstick and it was read correctly..., right? ... between the two lines or dots...?

Yung lagpas nya is almost 1 inch above the upper dot. Its been the same dipstick eversince
