Normal yan, reaching 12K na ODO ko at same pa rin during cold-start na mataas ang RPM. Maingay talaga ang makina sa start up dahil sa lakas ng RPM pero kusa siyang bababa pag nakuha na yung desired temperature and oil pressure. I think this is really how the ECU was programmed.

Try mo gamitin and then patayin mo makina, then start again, notice mo na hindi na ganoong kalakas ang RPM kasi mainit na makina at mayroon ng build up pressure. Sa cold-start lang malakas ang RPM.

Yung bang headlight ng innova isang bulb but two filament? wala kasi ilaw pag dim but pag bright me ilaw yung right side, but yung left side Ok naman....

Bro, baka masolve mo rin ung rattling issue post mo rin dito. Nakailang baklas nako ng center console looking for the rattling thing, hanggang ngayon di ko pa rin nasolve. Baka sakaling madali mo share mo na lang dito.

Just remember na nagkaroon ako noon ng ganyan na problem. Baka same lang sa case ko.

One time bigla na lang nagra-rattle ang front ko. Pinagtatanggal ko lahat ng mga abubot sa harap as in lahat-lahat na puedeng pagmulan ng ratlling sound, pero may rattling pa rin. Dalawa na kami ni misis sa harap na naghahanap kung saan nanggagaling pero di namin makita.

You know what?

Yung kinabit ko palang clip-type na wide angle rear view mirror ang nagra-rattle, Weird pero at first aakalain mong galing sa dashboard ang tunog.

Yung bang headlight ng innova isang bulb but two filament? wala kasi ilaw pag dim but pag bright me ilaw yung right side, but yung left side Ok naman....

Probably busted na nga yung bulb. Di yata yan kasama sa warranty.

DIY mo na lang ang pull-out the bulb and buy it sa auto supply. Medyo marami lang yatang babaklasin sa right side dahil nandoon yung air filter.

Medyo nakakainis lang talaga pag naririnig mo e.. Wala akong ibang accessories na kinabit aside from the separates pero nakadikit naman syang mabuti. Di ko alam kung ano pa yung mga pwedeng panggalingan ng rattling sa loob ng dashboard e.

Also, may nagpost dito dati about smoke coming into the cabin if not in motion like say naka stop and me katabi kang diesel na nagbubuga ng usok. Na resolve ba yung problema? Paki-post na lang kung saang casa ang naka solve na nito para dun ko na rin patingnan.

I really don't have any idea when it comes to cars as this is my fist time to own and drive one (sorry for the ignorance ). This is why I signed up here coz I find this site very informative. What I wanted was to just replace the mags and I don't know what other services must come with it whether it's bundled or not or whether they actually did it or not (my bad). Anyway, I’m thinking of having it checked sa casa rather than dun sa pinagpakabitan ko…what do you think?

Also, may nagpost din dito (can’t recall who it was) about dun sa na encounter nya na may nag-amoy sunog upon reaching certain speed. Na encounter ko rin yun before when I reached 150kph. Anybody here knows what it was? Mine is a J D4D variant.

I was the one who posted that. Na encounter ko yan when i reached around 140-150kph. It might be clutch. Tumawag ako sa toyota makati at ang sabi iwan ko raw oto ng 2-3 days kelangan daw nila ihataw sa highway ng ganung speed para malaman kung ano problema. I don't like their idea.

I haven't gone to other dealers yet. They might have a better answer for me.

yes, same here nung nag slow down ako to 120kph nawala e. btw, gano na ba katagal yung innova mo? na experience ko to nung around 1500 km reading pa e. Nasa 4000km nako ngayon. Di pa ulit ako nakakapag highway since then. Kelan mo to naexperience? How many mileage already when you experienced this? Nagpa undercoat ka rin ba? Suspect ko is either ung clutch or undercoat sa exhaust lines ang cause nung parang sunog na amoy e...

BS! the bulb of the innova is an ordinary H4 type na 60/55 watts. it cost the cheapest 150.00 each. kung taga rito ka lang bigyan na kita ng libre, pinapalitan yan namin ng higher wattage bulbs, ginagawang spare na lang ang 60/55watts na bulb ng mga car owners here, sometimes iniiwan na lang sa mga installer namin.

sir kung papalitan mo ng narva or other brand ang bulb mo hindi ka pa gagastos ng 1500 for a pair. ordinary na osram lang ang stock na bulb ng innova. 300 lang ata sa labas yan. madali lang din naman ikabit yun

Hindi po ma-void warranty kasi experience ko na po ito sa Vios ko in which after the 1k PMS my SA advise me that the next change oil will be on 10K and I could skip the 5k PMS , my service team belongs to Toyota Batangas Inc. FYI Cheers

I suggest po not to skip the 5k PMS even though you are using fully synthetic oil. Nag Mobil 1 0w40 po ako ng 5k and am still required to change my oil filter on my 10k.

You can DIY the replacement of the oil filter if you want pero on my part I am at peace with my ride knowing that I am religious with my PMS check ups.

diko nga alam basta napansin ko na lang na bulag pala isang mata ng Innova ko, kaya I need to replace them soon para maliwanag view sa road....

I suggest po not to skip the 5k PMS even though you are using fully synthetic oil. Nag Mobil 1 0w40 po ako ng 5k and am still required to change my oil filter on my 10k.

This is the reason I'm settling on mineral oil for my car, at least I'll be changing oil and oil filters every 5K. The cost of synthetic oil is twice as much, that is why they want it to last twice at 10K, but in breaking period initial spike of metal wear are great during at least the initial 0-20K run. People tend to think that they are doing just right if they use synthetic oil and skip the 5K PMS, again think it over.
