*smooth and *meier. pls. advise naman:
Saan kayo nagpainstall ng keyless entry (w/central locks) & alarm. I brought my J-diesel to Golden Bridge at Malugay yesterday to have them installed but the guys said medyo mahirap na ngayon kabitan. Yung mga unang labas na innova (CBU-Indonesia, Feb-April release) may abang raw for central locks at madaling kabitan; but the newer innovas (CKD Sta. Rosa) ay iba na raw yung door latch module at wala na daw yung abang for central locks kaya hirap sila mag-install. Itinanggal nila yung door latch module at pinakita sa akin. Mukhang ngang sealed yung mechanism at walang anchor point para sa central locks. Paano kaya nagawan ng paraan ng ibang installer ito?

Mas resourceful siguro yung mga suki nyo. Pa-refer naman, thanks

Yung ibang J-owners na nagpakabit na ng accessories paki post naman ang cost para we know how much to haggle for sa tawad. thanks.

So far, I have installed the following accessories :
- muguards (set) P1,000
- foglamps P3,000
- speakers P1,600 (Pioneer 2-way, 6.5-inch, 160W)
- fujitsu socket for rear speakers P250 (for fader to work properly)
others to follow as funds become available.

i find my revo very bumpy (as in very bumpy hehe), when I test drove the innova, for me, ang laking improvement na yung suspension nya at natuwa ako dahil hindi na gaano matalbog

your previous vehicle might be a sedan or an suv kaya pansin mo agad yung talbog ng innova, unless meron problem sa ride po ninyo..

hindi naman sila strict sa PMS, gusto lang nila additional income at dun ninyo ipa-PMS sa casa nila hehe

the PMS should be followed by the customer dahil pag meron skip na isang PMS at meron sya warranty claim, toyota can use it against that person na nag-miss sya ng isang PMS and void na warranty..

nasira engine ng RAV4 and toyota davao denied the warranty claim because of the missed change oil, kelangan pa tulong ng toyota motor phil (TMP) para maasikaso yung owner.. tsk tsk..

smooth and meier, thanks for the helpful insights. mukhang J gas nga is the way to go on a limited budget. second the motion din ako kay jaeger. anong shop/s kayo kumuha ng alarm and door locks and other accessories, TY!

No appointment. I was supposed to have my 10k pms in Toyota Commonwealth last Saturday. On my 1 & 5 k PMS in TC, I didn't have appointments but in about 3 hrs. the jobs were already finished with free body wash.

Since I had a half day seminar near Shell Maya last Friday (which is a walking distance from TM), I decided to bring my car to TM for the 10K pms before my seminar and to claim it afterwards. The service advisor told me that I could go back at 1:00 PM to get my car.

Next time, I would set an appointment. Thanks for the advice.

If they would be strict on every 5K or 3 mos. whichever comes first, medyo lugi ako. I am traveling 60 kms on work days x 5 working days x 4 weeks = 1,200 kms x 3 months = 3,600 kms. lang.

guys, plano ko bumili ng innova J. kaya lang gusto ko i-upgrade such that power locks windows and mirrors plus side protection moulding plus "G" mags. magkano kaya aabutin nito sa casa?

*mier: nagpakabit ka na rin ba ng speakers sa likod? If yes, how much did it cost you? On my 1k pms i'll have the alarm installed by the casa. Mine's a J gas variant also by the way.

hindi pa, naubusan ng budget..

kung sa casa ka magpapalagay ng alarms at locks, ipasabay mo na yung rear speakers mo.. para isang bukasan ng lang ng pinto.. marami naman silang (casa) speakers na maganda.. medyo mataas nga lang presyo..

dun sa may tint room ako nagpalagay ng alarms at locks.. mukhang sanay na sanay na nga sila eh... iba na talaga ang door latch module, sa mga lumang sasakyan ito ay metal na mahaba, parang barbeque stick.. sa innova natin, cable type na ito.. ang ginawa nung naginstall sa akin.. binalatan niya ng konti yung cable para ma-expose yung metal sa loob at duon ikinapit yung mechanism ng lock.

dun sa mga nagpainstall ng locks sa CASA paki-describe din kung papaano ikinabit yung locks ninyo.. check ko lang kung pareho ang procedure nila. thanks!

ok naman ba pagkakabit ng foglamps mo? eh yung speakers? sa malugay ka din nagpakabit? thanks!

I suggest that you get the E variant nalang. All power with mags. then install door side moulding worth around 2T +
