Bakit 27k lang increase?. 40k yung mga casa na napuntahan ko hehe

That's 27k is for a Diesel 4x2G m/t unit sir . . . 1.413m from 1.386m

Yup useful ang l300 kapag sa business or kumikita ng pera. But for personal use. Like buying appliances. May delivery naman for a small charges. If you own l300 for this purpose lang malaki gastos . Maintenance . Rehistro. Parking space especially sa condo. 1m na pagbinili at 3500 per month pag upa.

Lastweekbof march hahabol ako sa toyota. 27k increase sa fort g and 40 k sa v. I thought nung una they will increase just because of peso dollar devaluation . But the percentage is higher in higher model . I was aboutvto get the v variant bukod sa walang stock d pa consistent ang increased. Then napadaan ako sa mitsu. For the price of v . I could get a gt 4x4 bec of huge discount. Yun kaya ako napuntacsa montero but wala pa din stock 1 month na.

Lastweek of feb pala. Yun increase pala parang offset lang sa discount. Ayaw nalang nila sabihin na walang discount. At hindi rin guaranteed na ang pinag usapan nyung price will retain until the unitbis available. It will subject to change even may reservation ka.

Yup. .. no price protection whatsoever =( . . . they can just hold on to their stocks and wait until the price increase.

Foreign currency adjustment DAW reason for the price increase. Makes a little sense for the diffferent amount per variant.
For the G for example. . . 1.386K * .0195 =27k while the V at 1.738 x .0195 = 33,891. . . kulang pa rin 6k =)
