hehe. Ganyan din nangyari sa amin. Legacy sana gusto ni misis kaso nung na test drive ko yung FXT tawaran na agad. Buti noon may stock kasi konti pa ang may alam. Di bale, december is just around the corner.

MFB, kamusta PM ng forester? what's the usual PM cost and is it done by number of months or by distance mileage?

I'm in the market for a small suv, looking at forester/outlander/tucson/sportage

First check is 1,600 tapos 5,000 then every 10 na. Oil recommended is fully synthetic motul. Di sya sirain so the usual lang. May nakausap nga ako neighbor ko na subbie owner sa US. Naluma na lang daw at nawalan ng resale value eh maganda pa din takbo ng subie nya. : ) Wala din yan parallel imports gaya ng ibang auto. You know why? Sabi ng barkada ko na sumubok, lugi sila kasi wala naman nasisira piyesa at kung meron bihira. Consumables lang like brake pads, filters.

Suv of the year ng motortrend. Yung ibang nasa top 5 non existent naman sa pinas or di kaya mahal like BMW X6 na nag number 2 lang. So ano pa ba kailangan decision bro? US model may built in TPMS dito wala di gaya ng Mitsu Outlander. I suggest you get Orange TPMS. Nasanay na kasi ako sa outie so dapat meron din FXT. Ayon, very content ako. Monitors in real time, 4 wheels simultaneously. Sema winner eto, also makes for other brands like Mugen. Mugen TPMS is worth 40k pero Orange din gumawa. Intro price ng Orange ngayon is 12k. Meron sa Bridgestone Fort and Bens OK. For nitro fill, I suggest Bridgestone Fort or sa Goodyear Autocamp. 226kpa sa (after overnight parking, cold tires) morning dapat ang reading for my geolanders. Perfect ride for me. Ngayon di na kailangan mag alala kung kulang hangin or may leak.

Yung regular air kasi, may seepage talaga. 2 months lang, bawas na yung sa outie namin. Currently at 28, start ako from casa mga 32 sa umaga. Nitro, steady lang for months. But be careful, not all nitro fillers are pure. Iyong napalagyan ko di ok kaya lakas mag fluctuate nung psi and temp readings ng gulong ko. Thanks to orange, nadetect sya agad. After getting my proper fill sa goodyear autocamp, ok na. Because it is accurate, match kami ng tire gauge nila. We then discovered na sira na yung built in gauge ng nitro filler. With a tpms system like orange, no worries na about pressure kung mali or tama.

By the way, may alarm system pala ito for sudden changes in tire pressure, over and under infation.

dumadami na may Fozzies tagal ko ng gusto rin nito!

tanong lang po, ano yong mods na ginawa nyo na sa Fozzies nyo sa 'looks' department? i guess wala na masyadong mods sa performance side. parang maliit yong tires/rims na stock, ano ba max na size with the stock suspension na walang rubbing sa fenders? also, yong twin tailpipes nya... parang hindi muscular tingnan, parang ordinary lang, sana tipong captiva look man lang yong tailpipes. may nag-upgrade ba yon to something more intimidating tingnan?

just sharing observations... pag nagkaroon ako nito(kelan kaya..), malamang i'll look into those two mods(+ the TPMS). para maiba itsura..

Hmm ... Parang baliktad. I haven't really noticed many exterior mods for the foz unlike with performance ones, which are shared with the WRX. I guess hindi masyado into looks ang karamihan -- if you look at my posts, madalas nga mapagkamalan akong Revo eh.

Pag naiinsecure ako sa looks department, all I do is rev higher.

I guess you can ask around. There are SOME external accessories that are orig. Those are usually quite expensive though.

no. 15... cguro sa XT matagal din. Subaru needs to step up their deliveries.....

ako din gandang-ganda ako pag nakakakita nito bago forester. it's so refreshing to look at talaga. i always look forward na pag nagka-oras i'll visit their showroom in EDSA.

i drive a CRV and a Santa Fe alternately. pero I wouldn't mind adding the new Forester to my new wishlist hehehe

btw, speaking of after sales, pano kung tiga-south or tiga-far north ka, san ang service ng subaru vehicles. ang alam ko lang kasi dun sa edsa.

somebody cancelled purchase of the black 2.0X variant and i am buying it. release is on wednesday, 19 november. I added some accessories-- spoiler and side mouldings. so how do i join the club?

I am still torn between the Cr-V and Forester....haven't tested the forester yet ginugulo utak ko kaya pag uwi ko ulit i would definitely go there sa MI to check.

So far, lumalabas mas matipid iyong Forester 2.5 Turbo sa outlander 2.4 namin. With city driving traftic with occasional sprints, mga 6 per km.
