    Are the mudguards OEM?

I also bought mudguards online a few weeks after I got my XT last year and the front ones don't fit also. Another thing was that I was given screws when what are needed are those plastic snaps. I had to return them.

They are not. May be these mudguards are for earlier Forester variants? Or may be for XV.

Oh okay. I ordered from amazon a set of mudguards and rear bumper protector/cover. Subaru parts warehouse naman seller and puro positive reviews for perfect fit mga naka bili.

Yes, mudguards are not stock so you need to buy them from the casa or from accessories stores.

Yes, no backup sensor and it costs around 6k+ from the casa. You just need to get used to the backup camera and you'll not miss the backup sensor.

Too bad, I am not in FB. Can the events be shared on this thread? Thanks, bro!

Smell of the turbo or the sound of its hissing when spooling? Hehehehe

I did notice that certain smell on full throttle scenarios and so with my wife. She didn't seem to mind at all. She is thinking it's the outside air seeping in thru the aircon system. Hehehe

Same nga pala tayo ng color, bro. My daughter also loves the FXT and she even calls it our "bronze chariot". It's way more comfortable on the rear compared to our Fiesta.

Kumander always wanted a forester since she saw a spanking new red gen1 owned by a friend.

That gen1 is now battle-scarred and kumander finally got her wish.

That's her, having owner orientation from SA, on 2.0iP.

Nice!

^ The one in Region 3 as shown on the plate.

Bakit sir? May problema ba kayo sa or/cr?

In fact the or/cr are dated May 20-ish, pero nakuha lang namin June 10 na. The papers sat for almost 3 weeks at the Alabang ofc.

Batch processing yata tawag nila jan.

Oh, ANC din pala... Pampanga dealer siguro yan.

:-) I'm still hoping na makuha pa rin ang OR/CR this afternoon o bukas.

She called "the dragon". Why? You closely, the XT front view.

Maybe a silly question guys. Does the engine hood get really hot after driving? It cools down after an hour or so. Well this is just comparing with my sedan. I don't get naman overheating warning, so I guess normal? Is this because of how subaru engines are configured? Thanks

Any engine gets hot when being used so it is expected the hood covering it will get hot also. Internal combustion engines or electric engines will always produce heat while in operation. Your car will be just fine assuming you don't get overheat warnings.

So just wondering if it has something to do with specific engine configuration? heat insulation? or other factors =)

I wouldn't worry about the warmth of the hood unless umiilaw na ang engine overheating indicators mo. :-)
