Now we can say that this government is practicing the art of Confusionism.
So zoning na ngayon ang plano nila?

Vietnam reports it's very first COVID death...
Vietnam records first COVID-19 death after coronavirus re-emerges - CNA
Earlier on Friday, Vietnam's health ministry reported 45 new COVID-19 cases linked to a recent outbreak in the central city of Danang, marking the highest daily increase since the first cases emerged in the country in late January.
The new patients, with ages ranging from 27 to 87, are linked to four hospitals and a hotel in Danang. Total infections since the virus resurfaced last Saturday have reached 93, the ministry said in a statement.
Vietnam had until Friday been the only nation with a large population not to have suffered fatalities from the coronavirus pandemic.
The latest spike takes its total number of cases to 509. The country had recorded 100 days without a locally transmission case before the reemergence of the virus.
why are they emphasizing the number of functioning laboratories, but not the number of tests performed?
why should we care so much, how many of their accredited laboratories, are functioning?
but now that they mention it,
why are the 17 accredited laboratories non-functional?

the more we test (denominator), the more positives (numerator) will be discovered.
from simple division, e.g., numerator/denominator, we will be able to determine whether our percentages are rising or falling... whether our efforts at containment are working or not.
that is why i find that denominator that they are not reporting, important.
pero if you did 20,000 tests today and find only 100 positives that 0.5% positivity rate
ang nangyayari sa atin 20,000 tests per day max pero parami nang parami ang positive
ibig sabihin nun padami nang padami may virus
