Most laptop have 720p resolution, especially the cheaper ones, why the minimum needed is 1080p?

Bluetooth required? For what? At HDMI port? Bakit ikakabit ba sa tv ang mga devices na to? So required din ba lcd TV with HDMI port?

Pati headset over the head, while a stock cellphone headset will do the job and is cheaper.

Dual sim kailangan sa smartphone? For what purpose? 2 sim ba gagamitin ng mga bata?

And other small things like anti-glare led, 2 built in speakers, and the very specific color cyan blue, hindi lang kulay, very specific pa sa color pallette 71,53,0,12.

As per COA rules, di ka pwede mag-indicate ng brand, even if the market is cornered by a single manufacturer as in the case of scientific and medical equipment. Even then you still have to justify why you are going with that manufacturer. You can tailor fit the specs such that only your preferred manufacturer is able to supply the specific model product though.

To get around this, we put in some very specific conditions. For e.g. to keep Chinese and Russian-brands of unknown quality out of our vehicle motorpool, we specify that the manufacturer should 1. be in the international market for 100 years w/c limits the market to American, European and possible Japanese makes; and 2. must have been present in the local market for 50 years.

May nasakyan ako na company van na ganyan. I forgot the brand but it is NOT Japanese. Mid 2000s to, Pregio or Besta ata. No kidding, pag baba ko muntik na ko masuka. When I got to my destination ang sama ng pakiramdam ko. Imagine, that was my prime age of health, early 20s ko. Ever since sinumpa ko na and I insisted sa boss ko na if I need to go out of the office, I will not ride that van and I'd rather bring my car than ride that nightmare van again.

All 16 were deaths from April 1 to May 29. 14 died before getting confirmed COVID positive.

2 more areas in QC under special concern lockdown after surge in COVID-19 cases | ABS-CBN News

In a statement, QC Assistant City Administrator Alberto Kimpo said 138 Ermin Garcia St. and 52 Imperial St., both in Barangay E. Rodriguez, have been placed under special lockdown, with one more area under consideration.

The city government did not say how long the lockdown will remain in effect. The SCL restricts movement within an area.

“From two active cases, the number of COVID-19 cases in these two areas went up to 15, this came after Metro Manila eased into general community quarantine (GCQ),” said Kimpo.
