Mix 1 cup (240 mL) of bleach in 1 gallon of water. Wash surfaces with the bleach mixture. If surfaces are rough, scrub them with a stiff brush. Rinse surfaces with clean water.

- avoid touching nose, eyes, mouth
- use alcohol or wash hands frequently
- boost immune system - take vit C and drink water
- sanitize / clean surroundings
- maintain 3m? distance to people
- take lozenges in advance to avoid sore throat
- use mouthwash for extra care to avoid sore throat

IF NO CHOICE NEED TO GO TO CROWDED PLACES e.g. Wet Market, Grocery
- wear masks
- be mindful sa mga taong nakapaligid.. kapag may umuubo sinisipon or bumahing layo agad..
- pagdating ng bahay take a bath?
- always bring alcohol or sanitizer
- wear light jacket or long sleeves and gloves? to avoid skin contact to surfaces or other people

HOW ABOUT PERSONAL THINGS OR SOUCES OF CONTAMINATION?
- utensils
- clothes
- cellphones or gadgets
- bathroom
- water sources

IF YOU FEEL SICK WHAT TO DO NEXT
- which hospital to go?
- what initial tests you can do?
- what you need to wear baka mahawa pa sa hospital.

my post was addressed in response to uls's cut and paste thing to you (post # 3682).
the same one you said you did not understand ("una, di ko nagets ano gagawin ko diyan.").
but i understood his cut and paste, and he understood my post. we even agreed. "pasaway ang tao."

the point is this:
if we are to slow down the spread of the virus, we have to limit our social gatherings, because it is in social gatherings, that the virus is spread.
if we are suspected of harboring the virus, we should exercise discipline into self-quarantine, until we are ruled "safe". our authorities gave us this choice of self-quarantine, because it perhaps believed we had the discipline to do it.
so, can we do our own self-quarantine? or do we have to have our front doors welded shut, so as to prevent us from slipping out a bit, to do some social inter-action (it can be as innocuous as buying a can of pork and beans), during our 14-day self-quarantine?

an authority once said, "when it comes to curbing spread of infectious disease, goodwill is way down the effectivity list."

Bleach (any bleach brand like astron, Zonrox etc would do) pwede din ihalo sa tubig for disinfection although hindi mabango like lysol. Glade meron din anti-bacterial spray.

yes, we learned this the hard way.
if we are to make studies involving patients, we have to have something to attract them. free laboratory tests.. procedures.. food.. anything to enganyo them.
even the supposedly intelligent, forward-thinking MDs. they won't come, if you don't offer them something in return. food is #1 on our attraction list.
