si Dr Cutie nga P2.5k minimum per consult and he said he does NOT like too many patients! What a rockstar hahaha! Yung mga magagaling na doctor, esp those that are not doing it for the money, patients ang lumalapit

Though yung dr ni fat lab, he is really one of the best but he still does home visits but only in select areas

fortunately, however, i can hide behind my health condition.

sa prubinsya, madaming duktor ang gumagawa niyan. motorsiklo.. bisikleta.. hayop.. pa-a.. skylab! yehey!
but dito sa maynila,... only to selected patients. yung hindi talaga maka-labas nang bahay... yung "hospice care"... or yung emergency. the neighborhood knows who the doctor there, is.

seeing the patient in the clinic is also more cost-effective.
i can see a dozen patients in half a day. and my complete set of instruments is within arm's length, for complete examination.
spread thruout the metro... i can see a dozen patients, going to their house, in, perhaps... 3 days. if i am lucky. but i'd have to limit my instruments list and my diagnostic capability..

Pero yung mild cases, may chances parin na makahawa sa iba diba? Let say nag stay sa bahay ung patient tapos may interaction with family members (mag aabot ng gamot for example) edi may chance na makahawa parin? Lalo na wala mabilhan ng face mask ngayon or kung meron man, pahirapan.

Parang useless tuloy ung pag track nila sa mga tao na naka salamuha ng current NCov patients.

konte lang kami dito... driver/mechanics... we have very little close interaction naman

banawe office mas madami sila doon i didn't notice any change in behavior

some staff naka mask, may rubbing alcohol sa desk nila

in truth,
we still know very little about the behavior of this new virus.
we are basing our decisions, on generic infectious disease protocols already in existence, modified by new information as they become manifest and analyzed.
no one knows how early after infection, do they become infectious themselves, and how long after the patient seemingly recovers, before they become non-infectious.
we haven't even decided what "complete recovery" means and when it is safe to say so.

People should really stop with this panic buying I hope maintenance meds may adequate supply pa, I have not gone out of the house since Saturday and my friend told me there is panic buying in groceries (she only went to pay bills)
