It's very out of touch to give that assortment of relief goods. The average Filipino needs rice, ulam (usually in the form of non-premium canned goods), and basic toiletries.

Isang pack pa lang ng Chips Ahoy Chewy kaya nang magpakain ng isang pamilya for 1 day.

People who stock that kind of food in their pantry are people who don't need relief goods. If Vico sent relief goods to us now I would rather give it to our condo staff (guards, cleaners) who probably need a second, third, or fourth bag more than I need my first.
