A friend’s company got 30 positives, from office staff to production floor. So pilay sila, then bayaran pa nya yun naka quarantine?

And btw bakit parang pinipenalize ang mga businesses when mas strict pa sa workplace when enforcing health protocols, pero paguwi ng some employees dun naman sila nagkahawaan. (ie inuman).

So saan napunta yung mga Bayanihan Act monies?

I still think na nagkakahawaan talaga sa pagkain sa labas, inaalis kasi ang mask. But it's still relatively safe na mag grocery and lumabas as long as you keep your mask and never take it down.

employers want to feel safe so they're testing employees

employees are unhappy they're sent home even if they feel fine and able to work

i've heard workers say "syempre uso sipon/ubo malamig ang panahon eh... covid agad??"

they don't understand the specificity of covid antigen tests

if this keeps going... this antigen testing and sending people home...

resentment will build... it's bad for companies, bad for the economy, bad for society

Remember when pina advanced yun 13 month during the pandemic?

And bida nanaman yun gobyerno but they don't understand the burden sa mga employers nila.

Early on sa lockdown tuloy pa rin bayad kahit closed mga businesses then kanino nag advance nun naging "no wokrk, no pay" na?

Nun nag lcokdoen ulit last year who supported them? Ngayon pag mag lockdown ulit. Sino nanaman magbigay sa sa kanila ng support? Not the govt but their employers.

Thet can't see the bigger picture. Kung meron ako 10 workers and 2 positive pauwiin ko ang quarantine.

Pwede pa rin mag tuloy yun negosyo kesa sa mag positve lahat or kahit 8 lang automatic sarado dahil pilay na.

Self-interest and selfishness kasi which is a human nature.

Last year kahit na 3x week na lang pasok at naging shifting ok na rin. Then dahil nagkaroon lang ng konting lull sa pandemic, nagkaroon ng semblance of normalcy. Gusto normal na ulit kahit madami nag positve sa Office.
