they were doing 110% for PUJs and 130% for PUBs, before the pandemic...
authorities should do some serious measuring (lumaki na ang average filipino ngayon!), and require maximum capacity on clearly-readable signage, on the vehicles.

Possible, but dami nang anak doc eh. Maybe statistics from PSA can give us a better picture of how many more people are dying in covid times vs before. I imagine our limited testing only gets a tiny slice of the number of actual infections.

dati nabanggit ko -- sana we can see data on all-cause mortality (total number of deaths from all causes)

pre-covid 2017, 2018, 2019

then compare natin sa 2020 and 2021

if we see excess number of deaths in 2020 and 2021 malamang that's covid related
