Your body might still be recovering. I’d take it easy for now.

Exactly the same thing happened to the son of my Tita's friend in the US. He went biking ONE WEEK after he was negative. I think some people are addicted to exercise. Ako kasi I switch between addictions lang - food and exercise LOL. I agree that it's really important to let the body recover but I don't know at what pace I can start doing my normal activities again

doc, yun ang isa ko pang paranoia, yung relapse. Talaga bang after 14 days patay na yung virus? Ang fear ko baka biglang mabuhay pa ulit yung virus that I got nung August 22. Iba pa yung fear ko na mahawa na naman ako. Chance na sana namin ng Mom ko mag haircut e almost 2 yrs na kami walang haircut even mani/pedi Pero kahit haircut man lang, more or less 2 weeks recovered pa lang kami

This is great news so after Delta variant we do not hear of any new strain that is as infectious as Delta so I think this is game over now for Covid virus we will slowly go back to normal by next year.

Hinde, talagang kinontra nila OCTA. Matagal na sinabi na nag peak na pero sila hinde pa daw aabot far 40k or 50k per day sabi ng DOH.

Puro kalokohan DOH. Yung sa hospitals nga mali mali. Ako first hand, pati friends ko, wala talaga rooms. Nagtutulungan kami sa paghahanap kasi nag overlap kami magka covid. I was on the waitlist Sep 1, yung isang hospital Sep 19 wala pa rin, yung isa today lang ako pwede e ilan weeks na ko magaling. Ang nakakatakot pati non covid case mahirap din kaya ang anxiety ko lalong tumaas kasi may history ako anaphylaxis at pag nag allergy ako I need to be in the ER ASAP or I'm doomed

Unless someone is a doctor/nurse/front liner na nasa hospital talaga or has experienced covid personally or in the family, walang karapatan mag magaling. It is really a nightmare to experience covid.

LGU pa ang daming palpak like Paranaque and Las Pinas. Tatawagan ka lang and that's it

Many are avoiding getting tested... they don't want to be placed in granular lockdown... Since it's mild symptoms, many self medicate at home.

DOH probes recent drop in COVID-19 tests

The Department of Health said Friday it is looking into the reason behind the recent drop in COVID-19 tests conducted in seven regions, including Metro Manila.

"We are assessing the reasons for this decline and if this reflects a true decline in cases or just affected by the other factors such as ongoing active case finding and contact tracing and the use of antigen (test) to complement the RT-PCR testing," DOH Undersecretary Maria Rosario Vergeire said in an online media briefing.

Vergeire noted that aside from the National Capital Region, Eastern Visayas, Zamboanga Peninsula, Northern Mindanao, Davao, Soccsksargen, and Caraga conducted fewer tests this week compared to the previous week.

The National Capital Region saw the "largest decline" with a 10% drop -- from 287,548 samples tested to 258,047, Vergeire added.

real peak is determined after the fact.
declaring peak at the time of peak, is asking for trouble.
