Tinutulungan na nga ng private company ang bansa kasi may hatid sundo na provided tapos ayaw pa din. Eh pwede naman icheck ID tsaka company credentials to check if apor nga lahat ng nasa sasakyan. Ganun lang dapat yun.

Tsaka hindi naman total lockdown ang solution. Health protocols like face mask, social distancing and proper hygiene and conducive working environment with this virus in mind plus vaccination sana.

Yung lockdown bagay sa mga lakwatsa lang like young adults and students na hindi need magtrabaho. Seniors na hindi din need lumabas. Reduced pa din naman ang taong lalabas kung ganun, bawas pa sa congestion sa puv's if may car pooling basta sundin nga lang face masks and one seat apart rule.

No, people wll remember who implements the lockdowns and how it will be implemented. At least at the LGU's level.

National leaders, esp. those with IATF, NTF are immune from any backlash it seems. It's the institution that's all taking the blame actually. Plus they're not elected.

^inconsequential backlash yan. People most affected don't even know Octa. Gagamitin lang ng lawmakers yan for grandstanding and yet if the full hearing is shown, those watching will know who the buffons really are.

Even if we say the next lockdown proposed by Octa is not heeded by the gov't since wala na support ng masses due to this backlash, if ever, once there's a surge of deaths, people/frontliners will clamor for a lockdown again. Unless we have herd immunity or a medicine against covid19 (whatever variant) is available, mukhang ganito na lang palagi yan. May election pa next year. Doesn't look good talaga. False promises and ineptitude abounds.

I hope I am wrong.
