Implementation naman talaga problema. Kahit maraim tao nasa labas (though mga APOR nga lang at need magtrabaho) pero yung health protocols pinapatupad ng tama mas maayos na. Basta bawal ga kabataan na nag-aaral, seniors at mga adults na bum sa labas.

Then higpitan nga mga establishment na sundin social distancing at paggamit facemasks. Kaso ECQ nga pero feeling GCQ naman ang pagbabantay eh wala din.
