Mga palpak na ginawa ng DOH lately is they said wala pang community transmission ng delta, Salvana (DOH advisor) still advised the use of faceshields for the whole public, denying there’s an incoming surge but may rise lang daw sa cases.
This incompetent govt now is going after OCTA thru Manila times and congress inquiry. Such a waste of time. Sana mapahiya ang mga tongressman

Novavax announced that it will delay the submission of its Covid-19 vaccine to the Food and Drug Administration for emergency use authorization until its fourth quarter.

Shares of the biotechnology company slipped 10% after the bell.

The company has filed for regulatory approval in India, Indonesia and the Philippines. Plans to submit the vaccine for emergency use listing at the World Health Organization are set for August, Novavax announced.

Approval by the WHO will allow the vaccine to be distributed globally via vaccine sharing initiatives at the global agency.

First day of ECQ I haven't read the detailed guidelines but what I noticed is that there are many stores that are open including hardware stores, car tire and battery shop even car repair shop that are usually closed during ECQ before. Checkpoint isn't strict either they didn't even bother to look at your ID.
