    there are checkpoints between cities

city authorities wanna know why you're crossing into their city

but you're free to go around within your city

Maybe in the COVID hotspots only. Gaya ng sa Krus na Ligas. Eleazar is talking about putting up "tiny bubbles" (yeah you can joke about "Pearly shells") to contain the infections.

NCR lang ang ECQ. The + had their own decisions separately. What I know is Cavite is in MECQ.

basta if you don't plan to cross into other cities wala problema

if you only go to nearby supermarket it's unlikely you'll encounter any checkpoints

Do you think that at some point IATF will change its guidelines and implement a more strict ECQ? no hardware stores, car repair shop, no transpo (private companies should provide shuttle service) etc.... if our daily case continue to increase.

the nearby supermarket will make me cross borders.
the other supermarket that i can go to, that will not force me to cross borders, is thrice the distance away.

    in my opinion,
the spread of the virus is not so much dependent on our activities of daily living,
as it is in the manner by which we mis-practice our personal protection policy while attending to our activities of daily living..

how does that solve the problem of avoiding contact as a whole?
it just shifts the vector from one body to another.
