... it is funny how as little a thing as a dot, can cause havoc on the economy...
the funny thing is, all it needs to see thru the rigmarole, is to go to a popular retail outlet and buy the item.

but i have heard from some suppliers, that when it comes to bidding for a certain big government hospital's supplies, sinasagad nilang i-baba nang todo todo ang bids nila.
sa laki kasi ng purchase volume, ay malaki pa rin ang kinikita nila.
