Any news sa Australia? Bat wala akong naririnig from that country?

    Hahaha....

Just spoke to a friend in Oregon... people are edgy and many supermarkets were cleared out since Saturday... including rice, which is a surprise since white folks don't eat rice.

    Dr. Richard Mata

    1. Ang damage ng virus

So I do believe as preparing ourselves to not to overreact is to focus on anti-inflammatory foods and avoid inflammatory foods with the hope na bumalik ang ating immune system na as calm ng isang baby. Avoid stress din and lack of sleep.

Of course Im not saying antivirus ang garlic or VCO, mahirap iprove yan. Calming our reaction to diseases.

Of course di ko sinasabi ito ang gamot kung severe Covid, more of daily protection prior sa illness or lifestyle kung baga. We need more studies for a strong anti-inflammatory that can immediately reverse the severe cases, at alam ko malapit na yun madiskobre.
