Speaking of Taiwan News Agency --

Chinese woman describes Wuhan virus patients ... | Taiwan News

"Chinese woman describes Wuhan virus patients being burned alive"

"The driver then asked if the man was burned alive. She confirmed that the man was still alive when he was sent for cremation, and she said there were fears that the toxic gas from the crematorium would spread.

She claimed that she actually saw several cases of living patients stuffed in body bags and taken for cremation. She said that another elderly man in her isolation ward was still breathing but was also sent for cremation."

"Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, March 2) — All Filipinos quarantined at the New Clark City who showed flu-like symptoms have tested negative for the coronavirus, Health Secretary Francisco Duque III said on Monday.

Three Filipinos evacuated from the coronavirus-hit cruise ship were admitted to the hospital after showing symptoms similar to a coronavirus infection, DOH said on Sunday. Duque said their tests results from the Research Institute for Tropical Medicine (RITM) came back negative."

Because they were being smart banning flights from China ... Now they don't know how to track people who came from China since they found ways to sneak in ...

Coronavirus: Second person dies in US, authorities confirm | The Independent

Meanwhile, authorities have said three more people in Washington have tested positive for Covid-19, a man in his 70s, a woman in her 80s and another woman in her 90s.

Health officials have been testing 50 people who have been suffering from respiratory illnesses at an elderly care home in the area. Two of the first people people confirmed to have the coronavirus are connected to the home, one a resident and one an employee.

Earlier it was announced that the first case of the deadly virus had been confirmed in New York. A woman in her late thirties who recently travelled to Iran was being quarantined in her home, according to the New York Times.

Hay, dad ko wants to go with us if we're returning for work sa China, ako ang nagaalaga kasi sa dad ko who's turning 90yo this year, I keep on telling him it's not that I don't want him to come with me, but it's too dangerous lalo na may virus, but he keeps on insisting na yung cases sa China is going down na daw.

American supermarket shelves are stripped bare in coronavirus panic | Daily Mail Online

Supermarket shelves are starting to be stripped bare as Americans prepare for the spread of coronavirus by stockpiling on medications and non-perishable items across the country.

People have been panic buying items from stores ever since health authorities warned that Americans should start preparing for domestic acceleration of the virus, which has infected more than 80,000 people worldwide and killed nearly 3,000.

Jesse Colombo, who is a financial analyst in Dallas, tweeted a photo of his emergency food pile, including rice, Spam, freeze-dried foods and beans.

'I just bought an additional year's worth of food last night. Everyone needs to have a stockpile of food. I wouldn't even touch stocks (or even gold/silver) before having food in these times,' he tweeted, adding he was 'on edge' with everything that was happening in relation to coronavirus and the economy.

alam mo ung sinasabi nila na when see a supernova what you're seeing is a star that exploded long long ago and it took billions of years for that to reach your eyes

well if you're seeing a lot of people at the emergency room with pneumonia that means the virus has already been in your city for several weeks

if this was me, magalit na kung magalit or madissapoint father ko sakin pero his safety comes first. i would even go to the lengths of hiding his passport so can't use it. yung age pa naman niya ang high risk sa virus na yan ngayon.
