It's those who are asymptomatic or those with cough but feel ok enough to go out go to work attend meetings and events and church

if you have to clean, use ordinary rubbing alcohol (70% alcohol solution). a more concentrated formulation or a less concentrated formulation diminishes the sanitizing ability.
that 70% is not an accident nor a business decision. it was heavily researched on!
baby wipes and such, are only for cleaning dirt. they are not designed for sanitizing.

demand shock -- when people stay home (voluntarily or not) they don't spend (only spend on food deliveries and internet)

Companies shut down (1 infected employee = all employees quarantined) no work no pay no money to spend

supply shock -- supply chain disruption

goods can't be made when parts or ingredients are missing

we'll see shortage of goods going forward

logistics disruption -- ships and ports are manned by humans, trucks are driven by humans

when humans get sick goods don't move
