my front shocks rebounds hard pala sir 12vdc, parang nalalaglag ung gulong ko after going thru rough humps kahit mabagal takbo, or going down from a 3-4 inches road gutter my front wheels makes a 'thug" sound kasi parang hind nahohold ng shocks ung biglang pag stretch ng coil springs.. pero kung sa 8-9 setting ok nmn rebound kaya lng matigas na ung ride

Too soft siguro ang Rancho at mabigat ang front ni Nav. Hindi ba masyado na matigas ang 8, atleast lowest setting 1 sa highway drive?

I can't comment on settings since im using fixed valving by OME, pero yung rear ang balak ko kabitan ng adjustable para mabawasan rebound. Kainis lang tagal dumating nung bushings at shackles, hindi ko rin mabuo yung struts para isang baklasan lang pagpalit ko ng springs sa front..

i saw online ung remote kaya lng mahal sya for that purpose lng although my additional comfort nga lng pag nag aadjust

im currently on settings 4 -front and rear.. mas preferred settings ko for rough road and sub standard highways sir
pero nung nag long trip ako to pagudpud naka 7-front and 5-rear,. sinubukan ko rin running on all set to 9, gumanda handling at response on steering, brakes at arangkada kaya lng medyo hard na ung ride comfort..

mind if i ask sir how's the ride ng OME?

Ok naman OME sakto lang. Mas matigas (daw) ang bils kaya OME pinalit ko sa Tokico.

Kung with monitor ang HU,safety feature ang green wire (from HU) nakakabit sa handbrake. If you wired it that way, video output from playback is disabled whenever handbrake is disengaged. Its not illegal here to watch while driving so permanently connect mo sa ground. Ang illegal dito yung kumakain or using phone handset while driving.

Hello Navara peeps. My father-in-law's D40 M/T6 needs new OEM shift knob. Baklas na kasi yung leather wrap and beyond repair.. Tried to call Mantrade pero sarado na parts for the day.. Appreciate if you can point me to other sources aside from Casa order.? Thanks in advance.

Mga sir, magtatanong lang sana.

I just experienced an unusual sound in my M/T Navara D40.

When I shift to first gear and press the gas pedal, a 'thug' sound can be heard below. And when I suddenly remove my foot on the gas, you can hear the same sound. Sometimes it loud, sometimes it just like a 'clicking' sound. I experience this on 1st upto 3rd gear.

What do you think seems to be the problem? TIA

Could be a normal gear slack. Check fluids in the drivetrain, excessive noise could be from damaged gears due to low or burnt oil.

Turbo? Crank or camhafts? So many parts in the car using journal bearings.
