For some reasons, Nissan FAST 2010 seems incomplete as compared to 2001 version 3.5. I noticed thou some bolts of D22 are the same. Ur friend might want to print this and check the parts department or parts dealer..

no sir the light will keep on blinking until you turn off the ignition,
it will be a series of 10 blinks per set that if no fault codes is detected alternate fast and slow blinks per set of 10 blinks, safe is wait until the 10th set (composing of 10 blinks) then turn off your ignition ,then restart

50kms of use and oil still clear.



Made possible only after i flushed with Mineral Oil (run the engine up to operating temp before draining).
With existing mods - Blanked EGR & crancase ventilator Oil catch can.

12vdc - Ang linis pa din ng oil nyo sir.
Meron na po bang naka pagpalit ng suction control valve dito? Napansin ko po kasi sa nav namin, Hindi po napupuno ng diesel yung fuel filter, wala naman pong leak, at pagtumatakbo po magaspang ang tunog ng engine, pero pagpinump po yung pump ng fuel filter (napupuno po ng diesel yung filter) gumaganda ang tunog at takbo at di na magaspang ang tunog ng engine. Suction control valve po kaya ang cause nun? Kaya tuwing pagstart ko po ng nav, pinapump ko yung fuel filter.

79ljb - Might want to check this bleeder screw at top of Primary filter. I had similar air-in-fuel problem as yours some yrs back and i found a worn rubber that was causing air in the line.. Did replaced the rubber using recycled gasket from a used secondary filter then problem solved.



Might also want to release the vacuum pressure build-up inside fuel tank by opening from time to time the filler cap. I think the vacuum created while the fuel pump is sucking fuel is causing difficulties on the upstream. The overflow return line i think is also under pressure so theres no other relief valve..

Yours is a clear indication of air in the fuel line, a leak that is coming somewhere. Navara SCV seldom fails unlike other brands coz Nissan did expected our dirty fuel here so they installed 2 filters - a water separator and a high efficiency filter w/ standpipe.. Another thing is that biodiesel blend we got here - they tend tobe dirty as compared to pure diesel.. As much as possible avoid fuel with high B content, aside from its prone tobe dirty, its heavy to the filter..

BTW, that access plug is where i prime the fuel line after replacing both primary and secondary filters. I use windshield washer pump for priming..

*12vdc...Sir it was very timely the discussion...Can I ask reference for the P/N of Navara Fuel filters...primary and secondary? 60km in my odometer reading....as well dealers or contacts retailing genuine filters you might refer...will be gladly appreciated...Sobrang mahal sa casa dito sa probinsya...and if time permits by next week...I can go and check it out to Manila...TIA..
