just to share the little info i have procured while shopping around:

according to citimotors, yung next batch is already here, i guess they're just disposing of all the old stock first. so if you order from there, i guess you'll get the newer model already.

with regards to specs, very minor facelift lang daw, i.e. chrome grilles, HU upgrade (for the GLS) etc. when i asked if the cargo bed would be straigher or bigger, hindi pa daw, so i guess walang structural modifications.

i checked on the price list of the strada for august, it still has the current strada line-up. lets wait for later part of this month or Septembah!

Yep, the Strada may not have the extended bed you wanted but it proves that minimal updates is all it needed to keep up with the times... The strada is still, by far, the best selling pickup!

with discounts , slight price increase lang, in the vicinity of 3k-5k daw.

but sa OZ, mitsubishi has officially announced the new triton (longer bed, smaller but more powerful engine, straight and more spacious cargo bed, etc) , it's arriving in septembah:

makes me wonder,

the bumper was changed but how come the grill is still the same it was just replace with a chrome mesh?

not unlike the facelifted one in thailand that has different grill which was shown in the past pages... though i think what they did is better, not replacing the mount fuji.


well never the less, The Active stability & Traction control together with the option of having a differential lock still chiils me when I hear it not to mention the Better engine... Well its just a pity that we won't be able to have a taste of this very useful mods....

samin 50000 kms na... okay na okay parin siya.. problem lang ngayon, yung power loss, kagaya ng nangyari kay doc Boz, Jake and Manolo.
tapos kapag nakatigil, tried to rev up to 4000rpm, bigla bigla nalang bumababa hanggang mamatay. pag patatakbuhin kailangan hanggang 2000rpm lang kundi parang pabigla bigla yung takbo. naexperience ko lang siya pag very low level na ang gas ko.

Suction Control Valve ata problem dun... nadala ko na sa casa, ang sabi one day daw and kailangan para madiagnose and pag nalaman na problem at may part na ire replace, magagawa din agad in a day.

ngayon okay nanaman, papacheck ko nalang pag nagpaPMS.

ang sabi kasi sakin nung mechanic wag daw dapat papabayaan na bumaba ng 1/4 yung fuel gauge kasi daw pag masyado na konti ang laman ng tanke may tendency daw na mag suck ng air ang SCV....kaya siguro nagka ganun yung sayu.... buti naman ok na...

I just want to ask the BOSB's that drives 3.2's with manual trannys

About 3 weeks ago i heard a certain springing noise under my truck at first I think it was nothing until it became really loud and profuse...then I discovered that the springing noise happens only when I step down on the clutch...It has no effect on the drive whatsoever but the sound is getting louder every time I observe it....I wonder what it is?

Anyone who already experienced what I've been through?

hi even wala yan sa strada ko but encountered that sa civic but i think they changed the spring sa clutch(inside cabin, spring responsible for the clutch pedal to return) paki check nlng sa casa sir and pls do update us para in case in the future maw magka ganyan na prob.

Just to inform you guys im in MMTH today and a saw the latest face lift yung isa na lumabas dito with the horizontal chrome grill and the news face lift with the honey comb grill in chrome frame ganda pati front bumper iba hehehehehehehehe sorry ha kasi hindi ko na kita yung loob medyo nag mamadali kasi ako kaya yan muna for now.

This means na me 2 na new face lift na lalabas hehehehehehehe

Bunso, ganyan na ganyan din nangyari sa kin. Ganito lang gawin mo. Pa-full tank mo tapos ihataw mo ng ihataw. Ingat lang pag-overtake. Kung di nagbara yan, baka may hangin na nahigop. O halong tubig yung diesel... Balitaan mo kami kung ok na. Sa kin, di ko na ibinalik sa casa. Baka pag-experimentuhan lang nila. Back to normal na Strada ko.

Sir if you mean a sudden stop nyo na ririnig the "thug" sound no need to worry it is only you front caliper clipping the disk to fast and to much kaya siya nag make nag sound it happen to me so many times already hehehehehehehehehe.

It happened to my 3.2L MT last week this sudden power loss, still my wife was able to drive slowly until she reached the casa and their diagnosed was due to the DIRTY fuel. They removed & clean the fuel tank, replaced the filter & brought back to normal.
Its quite discouraging driving diesel here in Pinas, think the 2.4L petrol engine of Triton is a good option but sorry its only in Thailand, Land down under & Middle East. But anyway, still I trust my slave Strada.
