im sorry to hear about that...

if this is presumably the OEM (JVC) head unit you are refering to, i suggest that it is still the dealer who should take care of it since i believe it is under warranty. The next alternative is to ask you if you sent that warranty card the head unit came with. i think that and the manual came with instructions on how to work it out... let us know how it went po. i hope that helps. thanks.

Jet A-1, Nice lift you have with your strada. How did you manage a 2inch lift sa front ng strada mo? Spring upgrade or spacer? How about the camber and caster hindi ba apektado? Thanks!

Just Want to share my latest mod. I changed to ARmada Extreme shocks (thanks dadz!) after I changed my tires and rims (265/75/r16). Some things I found out:

1. The front of the truck gained about 6cm in height (about 2in), as promised. As a result, I have to compensate for the rear by installing shackles/hangers.

2. Ride is a bit stiffer. But my kids hardly noticed it so I guess it's not that much of a changed.

3. With the old shocks, ramdam ko yung pag alon ng truck when negotiating humps or 'hilly' portions of our roads. There's a little bit of swaying when coming out of a moderate/high speed turn. With the new shocks, di na umaalon ung sasakyan. I haven't done highs speed turns, though, with the new shocks. But I expect the truck to be much more stable this time.

4. Ground clearance measured from the mid-section of the vehicle at the lowest portion of the stepboard is about 15in. Modest height for a little off-roading

Sir for you question po no spacer or spring upgrade he just install a shock that is 2" longer that the stock giving him a 2" lift.

Yes pwede the shock is from me it is design na kasi talaga for strada, the camber and caster is okay naman when i tested the sa,me shock dito i encounter no problem, sa rear you can use a hanger/shackels or a brick to lift you rear sa front is just change shock.
