how i wish i have the talent which mr go1 has. ciguro my whole waking hour would be spent improving the aesthetics of your beloved pickup.

i'll share to you a secret, before i bought my sorento, i was really bent on getting the strada because i recently sold my gen2 strada then. in fact i already made a downpayment of 500k ( the proceeds of the sale of the gen2 strada)

however prior to the finalization of the deal, a sorento was offered to me (and at a cheap price at that) and i immediately fell in love with it. luckily my sales representative was a cool and understanding guy and he allowed me to withdraw the whole 500k deposit. kaya pag bibili ako, hahanapin ko yung s.r. na yun para sa kanya kumuha.

but kung pick up ang binili ko. definitely strada. white. 3.2. 4x4. (naglalaway tuloy ako.)

the one thing lang na di ko nagustuhan sa strada is the bed which was sloping downward (parang manok na nawalan ng buntot imo) that's why i have been researching the net on how to improve its aesthetics. the modifications that i have found to be pretty are the panther concept and the evo 1 which mr go1 is now bent on improving.

i may not be a strada owner yet, but i'm with you in your wish to make your beloved strada better.

Sir yamC, it is normal na medyo may kaunting tagtag kasi pickup nga un atin. But comparing to other pickUp ours is the best. Subok ko na yan eh. Also Our ride is comparable to a sedan ride. I got a honda civic... much the same po un feeling ko.
Try also to check your tire pressure, maybe it is too much above 30 psi which is normal for no load condition.

My kids won't approved of anything that will cover the bed . The bed is their favorite place hehe.

I completed the right side fenders yesterday. Will start working on the left side fender flares today and hopefully I can do the painting by Friday. I like the warmer metallic grey fender color of our Sorento so that will be the color that I will be using.

Thanks, sir Nismo. This is just a hobby hehe. It was more than 10 years ago when I also added fender flares to my previous nissan pick-up and the hilux of my in-laws.

probably it would be nice if the tires are bigger para labas ng konti and there is a wider stance (mas macho dating). but that would be another project.

and yes i noticed in your previous posts that your kids love to ride on the bed and i just think it would be safe if they have something to hold on to if they stand on the bed.

Bro G01, . Astig. Ipipila ko na Strada ko pagkatapos ng kay doc ooba. Re: the stance, I guess its wide enough since your DC rims have a more negative offset compared to stock.

sir..dami ka makukuha fender flares..be it the original color or body colored...sa banawe madami... meron din miggyboys..meron din carryboy..back read ka lang sir or check the other links regarding strada accessories.

regarding freebies...its up to your haggling skills.... so far, for this year, wala pa nag share ako nakuha nila...if meron sila nakuha freebies... basta from the standard 3m tint, matting, ewd, seat covers, you can get other things

Doc Ooba99 and sir Boz, I hope I can do this everyday hehe. The fender flares that I am making are mounted on the original fender flares so they can easily be detached from the body. We just need to have molds done and mass produced using fiberglass .

I am lucky that I have a job that allows me to do other things that I love doing like trailing, modifying my rig and most importantly be with my family .
