My wife freaks out and also complains that my ride is bouncy. She has a backache now.

She prefer my old Nissan Eagle than my New Strada because of the ride comfort. Other thing is i never experienced this when i used my Nissan Eagle to CDO for 6 months.

i'm just frustrated now but i know i could find solutions. Another problem also is I saw some brake fluids on my mags but the brake is good. I hope they will find answers for this.

Now i knew what Wulf_Geo feels... As my wife tells me, CDO-Cotabato is a nice way to test your ride.

Please Help me what to do. Change Front Shock Absorber? Or put some stabilizer? any good idea? thank you.
hello sir Nismo. now you know the things ive been complaining about my ride. Infact i have already exhausted all means to present the problem to Mitsu.. and they have been kind enough to accomodate my complain by sending their engineer. but no solution is insight. i am already getting tired and frustrated thinking about it, much worst the consequences of this characteristic of my truck. It pains me to return my unit to the dealer but i have no other recourse. i cannot sacrifice safety over good looks. no offense meant.

PM me if you want to know details.

Thats too bad bro, tagal na nun ah....

pero hindi naman sila kikita dun sa ordered parts coz thats under warranty, so no need for you to put up with them... but if you are willing to wait, the customer is always right di ba? hehehehe

Sir Siomai, ako magpapalit na ng leaf spring bukas. It took 1 1/2 months to order the part from Diamond C5. Nung una, may dumating tapos mali yung part number, sa awa naman ng diyos dumating na. Sino service advisor mo doon?

Hello sir roadwarrior, welcome to the strada thread.

If you want to be informed about the quirks and idiosyncrasies of the strada, you may also want to read this review, which I find to be objective and unbiased: http://www.caradvice.com.au/9798/200...triton-review/ . Please read all the 5 pages.

I hope that this will help you decide on your choice for your new ride.

yes tabingi. as in the passenger side is on its normal height and the driver side drops by an inch and a half or more like the patriarch's, apollo_kafka's and other more strada's but mine is more disappointing coz it dropped by almost 7 inches sa front and 5 inches sa rear. tabingi na nga yung profile, subsob na nga ang side view and alanganin tignan kapag naka slant angle! it makes me sad na mukhang tanga...

*arkmikel- you might want to check out apollo_kafka's mirror covers. i think it will fit your strada best to fit your black/silver motif. as far as the door handles are concerned, i agree with your acquainances there that the chrome door handles is something you cannot paint on, perhaps you might want to check with apollo_kafka again... he might like it to customize his MEGATRON. otherwise you can check with el dorado or mitsuprime. good luck bro.

*wulf_geo, siomai, nismo26, tancho_kuhaku - sorry to hear about our frustrations about the unequal ride height like the Outlander tint scratch problem that was solved after almost a year by replacing the part! i'll try to see what i can do from my end.

I have a favor to ask from the Strada owner's as well as our Club members.

    1. Log on to Mitsubishi Philippines Website and click on Contact Us.
    2. Email MMPC regarding your feedback on problems of the Strada.
    3. Credit the thread, forum, as well as the Strada Club.

With the collective efforts of all the members of this forum, they will surely act on these defects and make sure new shipment will not have a problem. It's time to voice out our sentiments. These will be beneficial not only for us, but for future owner's. Many voices is better than one voice.

    Problem:
    1. Uneven height of the Strada.
    2. Noise on steering wheel.
    3. Squeking sounds coming from the rear suspension.
    4. Makulit the steering wheel and feeling major imperfection from the road.
    5. Some sound when you press the clutch (crackling sound if my memory serves me correct); Especially when your letting out the clutch slowly while engaged on 1st gear or other low gears and moving slowly.

Can you all think of other "common" problem owner's experienced?

Sir siomai, nismo26, tancho_kuhaku = I'm the one who 1st wrote to this thread about uneven height.. I have the same feeling before and Frustration to my Vehicle.. To the point na i want to return my unit.. Go to DTI and report this problem but after a month of frustration and waiting it was address all my concern. My unit is February 2008 GLX 15,000+ ..

Here is the list of parts that already replace to my vehicle.. Every time they replace the unit, part i make sure that they replace the parts in front of me..

    1. 2pcs Front coil spring ( Mali daw kasi yung color coding) I forgot the color coding.. I already post the color coding before on this Thread.
    2. 2pcs. Front shocks
    3. 1 sets Leaf Spring left side( Also, replace the rubber for the squeaking sound for both leaf spring)
    4. Aircon compressor ( maedyo maingay kasi)
    5. Battery ( Hard starting sa umaga)

BOSBs my vehicle is only 5 months old, This was done all on the 2nd month of my vehicle but until now i don't feel any problem on my rides.. To those who experience on the sudden change on lane (my kabig pag na lulubak) on high speed 70 to 100+ km/h this is my observation.. GLX,GL owner don't try to change your tires to much bigger wheel.. if you do this you will start to experience this problem ..To GLS owner, Remember the 2008 3.2 GLS sport is reduce their tire from 265/70/16 to 245/70/17 because of this issue problem... Try to maintain your stock tire...The 4x2 vehicle front defferrential was very way different to 4x4 vehicle (no offend to the 4x2 user, I'm also a 4x2 user). its only the looks were the same.. This is only my opinion, still your the boss you can do what ever you want to your vehicle...

Still i love my strada inspite and dispite off this problem...! Hope all the problem of Fellow BOSB's will address immediately..
