Hello doc boz, as far as I know, you are the first 3.2 strada who have this steering assembly problem. Magka-batch tayo ng strada. I got mine September 2007.

Doc Boz, thanks for this information... my odometer is almost 4K km, so probably in two months, i'll have my PMS as well. At least I can prepare my budget, although, i'll assume my PMS would be cheaper because its 2.5 liter engine. Just like what ooba99 asked, do they give that 10% right away or is it because special treatment? what exact oil was used? Mitsu XP? 9 liters, wow...laki pala.

According to MMPC directive, mandatory daw for 4M41 engine ng 3.2 Strada ang fully synthetic oil.
After my 1k PMS dun sa Citimotors using regular oil, umingay ang engine tapos nagkaroon ng lagitik.
Anyway, after my 5k PMS (fully synthetic), mas tahimik ang engine, wala na lagitik, at parang mas smooth and responsive ang engine.

If I remember right from the early pages of this thread, it may be from a wrongly placed or oriented bushing.

Di naman siguro. Pero, if I were you, i'll take advantage of the directive of Mitsubishi to their dealerships to replace the steering column under warranty. That means free of charge.

sir boz tanong ko lang po kung naramdaman nyo ba ung boost ng turbo after nyo magpalit ng synthetic oil, ganitong ganito din yung experience ko ngayon after ko magpa 1k pms using regular oil. maingay ung engine, malakas ung lagitik, and hindi ko na din nararamdaman ung boost ng turbo. thanks!

Nakakatawa nga eh. Tinanong ko kung bakit may discount. Natawa rin yung SA. Sabi gusto lang daw nila magbigay. Ah, paging doc drave... Salamat again.

I think Celso knows you.

I was about to ask you sir mike18 kung ano ginamit na oil nung nag 1k PMS ka. Kaso naging busy ako. Di ko pa masyado naihahataw. Will let you know.

Sir av8or5, since lahat naman tayo may Turbo Intercooler, I suggest go for fully synthetic. Mas ok if you can bring your own oil. Mas mura pa.

i have tried riding and driving my tito's revo parang normal AUV lang siya na matagtag nga..yung strada sir, para kang nag ddrive ng kotse na mataas, very smooth ang ride and malakas ang hatak niya pero very smooth and relax sa luob..every time ko dnadrive yung strada na papangiti ako

first and foremost, welcome to the thread. your three choices are all different categories. i haven't driven a revo, but ridden in one. a pickup truck is still a truck, so iba iba ang ride. but to try to answer your question, the revo and strada almost have the same ride. but in my opinion, the revo would have a better ride vs a pickup truck (strada). but to compare apples to apples, strada has the best ride in its class.

but in the drivers perspective, the owner's here doesn't have any qualms on driving their beloved strada..its interior and how things are laid out is like driving a tall car.

    good luck on your search.

welcome to the thread sir nicruzjr! within its class, the strada has the most comfortable ride, even comparable to a mid size sedan.

We have a mini gathering tonight... you could check out the stradas there and i can let you ride with me inside in order for you to have a feel of the vehicle.

ANyway, good luck in your quest to find the vehicle that will suit your needs!

last night i believed in love again...

my friend brought his white 4x2 starda with him...

we replaced the tires with the standard ones, bridgestone i guess and he had fit it with those over fender seen on 4x4 models...

he got all the tips from the strada club forum...

i drove it, i loved it.

insulation is very good. engine vibration minimal. pulling power more than enough for me.

oh man i regret our decision not to let go of my jazz before when the strada 3.2 model was just released.

last night i fell in love again...
