aside from the positive things i hear about your cars, now i would rather want to hear on what you dont like about them. i want to know the nagative side of having the strada. hehe

What I dont like about my Strada:
1. Not enough space to install a decent subwoofer (bcoz of the power rear window)
2. I like Pioneer better than Kenwood HUs
3. Being advised na better ang fully synthetic oil for turbo intercooler (kasi mahal)
4. Nikko "miniature" horns (pero napalitan ko na ng Bosch x4)

Yun lang siguro for now...

I guess the best thing to do is to bring it back to where you had the 1k PMS done, tapos sabihin mo napansin mo. Maybe they can do some tests. If not convinced, you can go to other dealers. May mga suggested dealers na nabanggit earlier in this thread. Hirap lang mag back read. Saan ba location nyo sir mike18?

sir mike18, better if you have your unit checked sa ibang casa since under warranty pa naman yan and all casas are obligated to honor the same. regarding sa loss of power... there were other complaints of the same nature sa provinces pero na-isolate na and the culprit seems to be the 'dirty' diesel that some gasoline stations provide. saan ka ba nagpapakarga ng diesel? try mo din magpalit ng gasoline station na bago since we can safely presume na malinis pa ang mga tangke nila. others discourage using discounted fuel, nakakaduda daw. lastly, majority sa amin petron yata ang gamit since as per observation, di masyado mausok and ok naman ang power.

kung ganun pa rin, baka may nagalaw ang casa during your 1k pms... kailangan mo na talaga ibalik yan...

Possible turbo problem yan.. Im also have GLX i got this last month.. usually the turbo engaged before 2,000rpm.. if the turbo did not engage more than 2,000rpm the sound of your engine is like a sarao passenger jeep the turbo is not working and you dont feel responsive engine. puro ingay lang ng makina.. you better bring your vehicle to casa immediately.. bka mas lumala pa yan...

yung roll and lock my tagas daw talaga yun carry boy and mitsubishi accesories na nag sabi hndi ma iiwasan because of the mechanism nya na nag tatakip sa cover bed mo..
sports lid hndi ka talaga ma babasa kasi lagpas yung lid sa cover bed..
ako sports lid pinakabit ko na manual para more cargo space kasi pwede siya tangalin kesa unlike sa motorized..

Hi sir mike18, regarding the roll and lock or the roll-up bed cover, maganda sya, everybody will agree, I guess, but it is not waterproof.

I have talked to a truck owner (not a strada) who installed one in his pick-up about a year ago. He said that at first, it was okay, no leaks, but after a while, he says that he has to secure his things with plastic when placing them in the bed so as not to get wet when it is raining. He is not fully satisfied because of this issue.

sir, as per mmpc "the turbo unit activates at around 2,600 - 3,000 rpm depending on the size of the turbo unit."

with Mike18 concern, i suggest he bring it back to the dealer and have it diagnosed. Thepatriarch also made a good point on cleanliness of the diesel fuel.

yes bro yung planta mismo tinawagan ko..hinanap ko kagabe yung call card and brochure nila sa bahay..
i only ask for ralli art na web pero ito yung pinost na link ni Boz dati mga ROTA yang mga yan..i askd if they have website wala daw ngaun..

i second the comment regarding the quality of fuel... mga sir, please don not buy fuel from questionable stations, discount stations, etc... teh fuel that they usually have is either contaminated with water, kerosene( to add to the volume) or is bunker fuel, which would be okay if you were running industrial engines... bad fuel will:
1. damage your infection pump, nozzles, delivery valves
2. add huge amounts of carbon deposits to teh chamber, t=mufflers and tail pipes
3. will give you teh feeling of a weak engine...

if you can buy a good vehicle, do not save on the fuel! thats the least you can do for your investment

eslonblue, schedule natin ang pagpunta sa plant ng rota minsan para ma kita natin yung mga available nila at makausap na sila ng maayos for discounting etc.... mga bossing, sino call dito?

Sori po mga sirs pero may napansin lang ako sa profile ng club ninyo. It is heavily tied to the current Strada model and design. Medyo maiilang sumali yung mga may lumang Strada models. Also, paano na sa future pag napalitan na yung design ng Strada with a newer one? Nagtatanong lang po.

mga bosbs, went to RATS this morning and asked for the cost of the shocks na Old man Emu, P27,100(2 front, 2 rear, labor) yung coil springs natin wala pa stock na dumating as well as for teh leaf spring... i'll keep you guys posted kung may update na sila sa stock and prices...

tapos yung bush bumper nila, hindi pala maganda ikabit sa atin dahil puputulin nila yung bumper natin and they will have to leave approx. 2-3 inches of teh old bumper mounted where it originally is....sayang lang daw kabitan ng mga bush bumpers yung atin

sir nabuo po yung club namin because of this generation ng strada kaya kami nag kita kita dito sa forum, and nag ka EB's and nag karoon ng friendship with the owners , kaya ganun yung logo namin since puro same gen kami ng strada..
