Sir tanong ko lang. ilan liter ba na oil yung sa 2.5 engine? kc nabasa ko sa thread na yung 3.2engine is 9 liters.. kc nagcharge cla sakin ng 9 liters oil for 2.5 engine..

Tsk tsk. Lalo ako nagdududa sa service sa Citimotors LP ah. Yung sa akin, di nila ako na-advise re: directive about fully synthetic. Maitanong nga sa MMPC kung bakit ganun.

yan ang sabi ko...manloloko rin ang mga dealers. guys..as per MMPC, wala sila directive na dapat ang 3.2 ay gumamit ng synthetic oil. If directive talaga, ask them to show you the letter. MMPC recommends using synthetic oil vs mineral oil...but as boybit mentioned, Mitsu XP is not full synthetic but semi-synthetic. Always refer to your manual on the maximum liters of oil and always check your bill before paying. When in doubt, always ask. Palpak tlga ang Citimotors sa service (any branch).

i use shell helix sport for my 2.5 4d56 D4D and okay naman siya plus yung president ng diamond motors na friend ng dad ko sabi wala namang directive kung fully/semi synthetic or mineral oil. sinasabi lang yun para maka benta...ang pinoy...tsk tsktsk

anyway, mas mahal ang helix diesel sport sa rimula pero mas pang track/elf/canter ang rimula and mas sporty ang helix. mas mura rin ang helix sa motul or castrol and lalo na sa xp turbo na mejo hindi ko pinagkakatiwalaan. the owner of diamond motors owns a couple of shell branches too and sa mga ka-close niya she refers na mag shell products nalang kesa mitsubishi casa products kasi ang shell products are controlled na from england palang. Helix btw, is mineral oil.

mga bosbs, i read somewhere along the thread someoane had an issue with the amount of oil that was placed/charged when he had a change oil at citimotors.... hmmmmm bad trip yan ah!!!! i just changed my oil this afternoon at my shop, and it all boiled down to 7litres, just a bit above the high level.
