If you guys read sa thread na fastest speed on a diesel
You'll see lot of posts ng other diesel vehilce owners saying top speed nila was 170 or 180 but natakot na sila or hirap na yung makina nila

I dont usually drive fast , kaya nagulat ako 170kph ang tahimik ng strada and very stable except for the engine noise or I wouldnt have driven it that fast w/ my whole family on board. Di rin hirap makina , it was singing hehe
    Galing ng performance!

Kung gusto nyo naman ma depress , read the crdi thread hehe

Then I made a u-turn while the 4x4 was engaged. That's when I felt something weird and herd something weird from the steering wheel. The steering groaned at full turn. It's called tire binding. Try not to do that again. Your drivetrain will not last long or even break if you engage 4x4 on pavement. You should read the instructions located on your door. You engage 4x4 only on slippery surface.

Check your owner's manual po. Also, never make a fast turn/u-turn while the 4x4 is engaged. You dont want your Strada to get bogged down at the casa for repairs, do you?

I just discovered this recently regarding the Strada's Turbo Timer (2.5 GLS model). Meron palang turbo-timer ang Strada ko!!!!! hehehehehe.

Try nyo po these easy steps sa mga Strada nyo baka gumana rin at malaman nyong may built-in turbo timer na pala ang Strada nyo:

    1. Before turning your engine off, and while the key is in the ignition, press and release button 2 (the right button) of your MMAS car alarm remote control(the one with the black casing and red diamond design).

    2. If you did it successfully, your signal lights/hazard will flash once, the doors will be unlocked, and the engine will remain idling (for 1 minute).

    3. Open the door, get down from the vehicle, close the door, then press and release button 1 to engage the alarm and lock the doors.

    4. If you did it successfully, the doors will lock, alarm will engage, engine still idling (for 1 minute), then your signal lights/hazard will flash every 5 or 10 seconds until the engine stops.

    AYOS!

There's a big difference between the two. The sportrac I had before is a 4x4 automatic 5 speed 4L gasoline engine with cruise control. The ride is just like a car and overtaking is no sweat. The main reason I changed it with Strada is walang casa ng Ford sa Bohol so kung may major problem, kailangan ko pang dalahin sa Ford Cebu via ro-ro boat.

Hi sir moxxxs, I would love to join this off-road light trailing, but unfortunately, I can't make it this weekend. Still have not tried out the 4x4 of my 3.2 strada, I thought this will be an opportunity to do so. Kaya lang talagang di pwede eh.

Anyway, I registered in that website, and hopefully next time around I can make it.

If ever you join this Sta. And of course, don't forget the pics.

Hi sir drey, don't worry, if ever I get an opportunity to join a subsequent light off-roading, I'll invite you to join me. Promise.

I just don't know pa any one sa mga strada owners here in TAgb. If ever, count me in if a mini EB is planned. :cool01:
I know 2 other white stradas in Tagb. One has a construction company which is our friend and a doctor. I also carry dogs to our petshop besides Sayong furniture or goats to my farm in Panglao. I will also pass through miggyboy on my way back home to buy some accessories. Doble kasi ang presyo diyan sa casa. Aside from the thule roof bar, I have already installed headlight and tail light covers tsaka yung carryboy window visors.
