sir sa pagkakaalam ko di po every year naglalabas ng bagong modelo ang mga automotive/car manufacturing companies. sa status po ng MS na no.1 pa sya sa category nya, those executives of mitsu or any other companies are not stupid enough to bring out another unit to jeopardize their sales status. :hang:Simple logic po ika nga. ..unless meron po kayong contact from MMCP saying there will be a 2010 MS, but i doubt it.

OT, ok lang siguro kung sa nokia..every year merong bago!

can you post some pics sir? thanks!
sir, talk to thelma of goldrich again. she was the one whom i dealt with including shipping the item to ormoc. according to her they have 2 white variants, one is plain and the other is pearl. i chose pearl by luck as our monty is not plain white. fortunately it was a perfect match and received the spoiler without a single scratch. thelma packed it very well with foam all over + bubble wrap + carton box.

    here's the pics you requested

So there are two types of white? plain white & pearl white. I'm assuming the pearl white costs like Php15K more?

i'm taking note of the post:

Here's a pic of the keys of my GLS SE.. Primary key with chrome mitsubishi logo & spare/duplicate key without chrome mitsubishi logo..

I have the same exact keys as Mayor. One with a chrome emblem the other without.

In a few pages back i also tested the immobilizer and it works. I had a key made from Mr. Quickie only costed me 100 bucks. It can't start the car. Once you put the original key in it will start fine.

    Hope this helps.

Re. Baguio Trip, i suggest that we leave at an earlier time for us to avoid the traffic along pangasinan (esp those trucks and trikes) para di mabungi ang line and somehow prevent loss. ideal is we leave manila at 4am, by 6 or 7am. we are already on our climb via Marcos or Kennon - whatever will be chosen.

2nd suggestion: may we consider a 1 day back and forth road trip? somewhere in the south, have some relaxation on those hot springs then come back to manila in the afternoon. going up north like baguio is a great trip but because of the distance, it may needs at least 3 or 4 days to enjoy. baka may mapagod or mapuyat (stress and lack of sleep) and it may add some difficulties going down.

    again, my 2 cents

great idea sir xto, we have 2 spot of our own hotspring here at baguio 1.) Camp 1 kennon Road at 2). Asin hot spring which is only 30 mins ride down from down town baguio , get to pass thru 2 tunnels, great for family getaway. they got big pools and small for kids , plus cottages for over night stay, not to mention the hot spring bath.

*xto , same here got only 4 buttons on my remote.... should all monty have standard remote sets?

    * sir Jpg111, i suggest instead of checking into a hotel why not consider a over night stay at asin hot spring on your arrival since halfday kaya na mag ikot sa baguio

[quote=XTO;1294932]I am using the spare key pala that's why i said mine has no chromed mitsu logo hahaha

My unit is a GLS 4x4 and my keys are just like XTO's. But I think my SA failed to give me the small, rectangular metal plate where the ID number of the key is engraved. AFAIK, that ID number is needed when you have your original issue key replaced (in case of loss) by the casa so that the replacement key's chip will match the car's immobilizer and thus preventing any problem when starting and driving the vehicle using the said replacement key.

    Sir JPG111,

Yes, meron na pong order... Actually package nga yung accessories nito kaso lang out of stock when I got my unit... Aside from the mesh grille, there will be LED side mirrors, scuff plates, front and rear chin, rear garnish plus spoiler.

I'll post pics once I get the complete set, hopefully this Saturday and to all the tsikoteers and members of MSCP, thanks for the warm welcome!

    See you in future EB's....

Reason: HID were first developed in europe specifically for fog and for applications with projector headlights. That's why in europe, most cars come stock with HIDs. Not because they are luxury cars but for their purpose.. snow and fog. I believe though what you both mean is that, the wrong color/temperature HIDs will give you that glaring effect from fog. But using 4300k and 3000k will definitely be what you need to get through the fog.. 6000k and up will most likely give you that glare in the fog.
So i think for those who aren't very familiar with HIDs, will think otherwise in getting if they read the comments?
Most people though use HIDs more for looks than function, that is why the preferred color/temp is 6000k or 8000k but those do not allow the user to maximize the true purpose and true functionality of HIDs. But for normal street conditions here in manila, those are acceptable because its the color most people want and its brighter than their halogen bulbs (excluding those very cheap china ones which are worse).
sir ntyce i agree with your comments regarding the functions of using an HID compare to regular halogen bulb. HID's are the next generation of lighting system made especially for cars. for me i think if you'll go for the looks (angas effect) use both 8000kelvin(white). if you want to go for functionality use 6000/4300kelvin for the headlight and use 3000kelvin(pure yellow) for the fog lights.
