sir chng238 this is the rust build-up on my engine and my unit is 9months now she got 13k ODM is this normal? for what i saw is the flat bar end which is not painted i guess where rust started to build is there anyone who have the same and did removing the rust aside from sir xto crosswind please post naman and what spray was use to remove this eye irritating rust...TIA

Sir xto you mean wd40 can remove those rusty part i have that same on my monty is there any problem or to avoid on using this on the engine i was thinking may be this rust build up on engine washing.....cheers

no! where is that located? i need to check that one out again. i do use wd 40 everytime i noticed rust build up. it may not remove the rusts totally but it can avoid another build up. i prefer spraying it on a day before coding to have enough penetration and drying too.

sir, casa just removed the rust build-up. they did not do any rustproofing on the affected parts. wasnt able to take pics after the cleaning was done but it already looks similar to xto's

sir stubby tenks i went sa casa today and show the pics and the unit itself casa warranty guy told me he will call MMPC regarding this rusty thing unluckily no GLS LE Monty on display only 4x2 2.5 so i can show them the difference on the new unit. nothing done so far wait lang daw muna answer ng MMPC. cheers

me too ....was trap in kennon rd for about 45 minutes on my trip back to baguio along camp 4, due to accident involving 3 vehicle which totally blocked the road, just 500 meters from my position.....

guys share ko lang different type of Nittos baka type nyo b4 buying those nitto's 420 which according sa friend ko sila daw ang exclusive .... mas makapal side wall, if i recall it right 8 or 10 ply and side wall nito

according to him / jeff : the design ng tire is made for both off road and all weather which makapit din sya wet roads

It's my first time to encounter heavy rains with our Montero, and I had a problem with my wipers. To the point that I had to go slow in order to compensate. When the wipers go up, instead of making the window clear, it somehow distorts it. The view is very blurry. When the wipers go down, the wipers do their job, makes the view very clear. So half of the time, the view is blurry, half of the time, it is clear. What could be the problem?

I searched back and saw sir djin_xxx had a problem with his wipers but I believe it was the sound of his wipers. He fixed his problem by replacing his wiper blades. Mine sounds ok though, it sounds like the normal swish and swoosh of a wiper. Sir mic_21_ph said a polish/clean from Big Bert's might help. What do you guys think?

Those nittos i think only come in bigger 'off roader' series offsets? Exclusive distributor? Last i heard, there was no exclusive distributorship given by nitto to a philippine company, something about not being able to meet the quota? I may be wrong, but i was told by concept one. Nevertheless, i heard those are good tires but make the ride slightly stiffer than other threads. The owner of wheel gallery is using those for his pajero at the moment.
