sir mikko, re sounds, highly recommended if you audition. AFAIK, xto and j*sto have dls, ntyce and gixxer have focal, ive got mb quart, kap dukot has something cooking still...hehe. would be great if someone had jbl too.

prez mic is planning a mini-eb sometime soon...maybe next week? do join us sir as im sure these nice helpful gentlemen are willing to offer you an audition. honestly, i also have a vested interest in seeing your monty in person, specifically how those lensos look on a monty.

That 2 location rusty, but i forgot to took picture, according to Stubby, casa just remove the rust, i dont know that will work? let see how............

Though i get the logic, i was told differently.... cause if this was the case, instead of at idle, reving the engine which will pump oil into the turbo cooling it faster?
I was told that the need was take out the oil pumped into the turbo so that residue will not form, collecting and hence eventually messing up the turbo?

i think you were informed wrong. if there was "residue" on your oil, it should have clogged up the oil filter, oil cooler and messed up your engine already before reaching the turbo.

the turbo usually starts spooling at 2500. reving the engine any higher than that will make the turbo spool and make it hot.

maybe.. but i what i meant about the residue would be the oil used to cool the turbo. There are left over oil there from our revs.. So does that mean that while we're parked, maybe we should rev the engine below 2500rpm so that it can thrust the oil into the turbo cooling it faster, than waiting at idle?

I don't know, whatever it is, whoever is right, all i know is that there needs to be a sort of 'cool down' period before turning off the engine. Like i said, i'm not a pro at this, and i don't know much about the technical side of a turbo since its my first. So i can't argue at all since i'm a newbie at this. Thank you also for informing me about this issue.

Relex bro, i own SAAB Aero turbo without turbo timer for 2.5 years,when i sold the SAAB it already 5 years old without any turbo problem...........

Also my chop chop Pajero 2.5 turbo,also W/O turbo timer, I sold the Pajero not because of engine problem, it because too many other problem.........

I took naguilian road in la union coz i came from ilocos.. Sisiw for the 3.2 engine , sarap gamitin yung sports mode +/- transmission lots of torque :2thumbsup:
