please try to read back threads...i posted my hu: JVC AVX826. The most that i like with this hu is that i can control my iphone/ipod from the touch screen panel! my passenger can even watch movies stored on my iphone, especially those that i made with iMovie on iMac. It is a great venue to share photos especially with friends while on the go - slideshow with favorite music on the background!

steering remote doesn't work yet, but Amrit assured me that i should get the interface once out in the market (which is very soon). I am the 6th on the waiting list for that. Winterpine develops the steering remote control, hence there is now an ongoing collaboration between winterpine and jvc for the remote interface. but honestly, it is more enjoyable to play with the touch screen than what the remote can do - which is volume and back-next-ffwd only!

125k sir stubby with set of new lug nuts plus wheel balance and installation - all in.
i had my TPMS transfered to my new rt7
plus life time free wheel balancing, free add up nitro or regular air any time.
had my stock tire set trade in at 25k , no choice ...... no space to put them in. look for Philip Dee- owner

lots of rim to choose from ... there shop is like a library full of rims

whoa. that's a bad sign. There are some car models na talagang nakawin ang side mirrors. I hope our monteros will NOT be seen as one by the pitik guys.

Don't buy nakaw na side mirrors. It will encourage the trade.

*mark, i don't think that will be covered by the insurance. if it is, mas malaki pa siguro participation mo sa gastos.

anybody to design, anti-theft thingy for our side mirrors?

regarding side mirror theft, you cant use ur insurance if the side mirror is cheaper than your participation, because side mirror cost about 800php to 1.5K pesos on the black market, so insurance can't help, more of an headache, i learned it the hard way.

best advice is buy those Black bracket mounts cost about 1.5K-1.8K, they actually glue it to your side mirror.

but if u want a OEM look with out spending that much here are a few tips

300php - Etched Big Bert's Detailing in Home depot, ortigas
41.75php - Epoxy From D.I.Y.
10.75php - Sand Paper
total 352.50php = Peace of mind di na mananakaw side mirror ko

i suggest you ask your SA and hopefully he/she could help you with that. be careful guys, have your side mirrors etched since the guard is not yet available. i had mine done at BB.

why does my opinion matter?? For me, if you like it, by all means! Don't let any body tell you otherwise if you truly believe that it looks great to you!

That's weird.. JVC is winterpine both owned by wintersnow.. and when i had my wife's steering remote configured to our bt22 they already told me that they can with the JVC dvd series. Better call wintersnow and ask them to make sure again.

Its was only now that i've seen your posted pic with reverse cam as i was backreading this forum. Kinda late na kc when i joined the group kaya it took me ilang days to read every page of it. I had our hu installed last march, we got Kenwood KVT-532dvd, with bluetooth and tv tuner plus headrests. It is supposedly packaged with reverse cam with night mode. Kaya lang i cancelled it because they will be drilling a hole to install it. Same with you I don't like the idea of drilling a hole on our unit. I got interested with your way of putting the reverse cam that way. Will it be ok to aSk on where/what shop nyo pina-install the reverse cam? Thanks...!

Yeah.. thailand.. The kit that is available at atoy's is the only other kit available aside from what is available in the casa.

The rear chin is not designed by me, only the front chin, spoiler and rear garnish. the rear chin and side cladding is not my design anymore.

got my cam (with night vision) from LA Cars. From Makati Buendia going SLEX take a U turn right immediately after railways, on your left is the shop. My cam has generic brand name but Model No. is CL-20026-A. It is designed and supposed to be installed underneath the chrome garnish on top of our plate. But i had it installed under the bumper since wiring going to the tailgate is much more difficult.
